المستخلص: لقد هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة وتحديد الاستراتيجيات اللازمة للتوافق المعيشي في ظل وجود فيروس كورونا داخل المجتمع الفلسطيني وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات، وقد تم ذلك من خلال القيام بدراسة ميدانية على عينة من مدراء المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل في جنوب فلسطين خلال العام 2020م، وقد تشكل مجتمع البحث من مدراء المدارس في المجتمع الفلسطيني، وتكونت العينة المأخوذة من 30 من فئة مدراء المدارس المذكورة في هذا المجتمع، وقد استخدم المنهج الكيفي والكمي معا، وأداتي المقابلة المقننة والاستبانة أيضا، وقد ظهر وجود درجات عالية من الاستراتيجيات (طرق التوافق) المأخوذة من قبل المجتمع الفلسطيني بدرجة عالية، تمثلت بكل من الاستعدادات المأخوذة" من قبل جميع أفراد الأسر داخل المجتمع الفلسطيني، و"التغيرات الطارئة" على حياة أفراد أسرة المصاب أو المصابين بفيروس كورونا، و"الاحتياجات اللازمة" لأسر المصابين بفيروس كورونا، و"التحديات المواجهة" لأفراد أسر المصاب بفيروس كورونا، و"مصادر الدعم"، إلى جانب ذلك فقد ظهر وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كافة متغيرات الخلفية الاجتماعية وبين درجة الوجود لهذه الاستراتيجيات اللازمة كطرق للتوافق في ظل وجود وتأثير فيروس كورونا الحديث، وقد تبين أن غالبية هذه الطرق تميل وبشكل أكبر نحو الجانب الفردي تفضيلا عن الجانب القومي في داخل المجتمع الفلسطيني، ربما يرجع ذلك إلى انخفاض درجة التضامن العضوي بين أفراد وفئات هذا المجتمع، ربما يرجع ذلك لظروف خاصة بهذا المجتمع قد تكون ناتجة عن سياسات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي وازدواجية التعامل في هذا المجتمع، وقد تبين أن الإناث وذوي التخصصات التطبيقية وذوي العمر الأكبر وسنوات الخبرة المرتفعة والمستوى التعليمي المتزايد يرون بوجود طرق للتوافق بشكل أكبر من غيرهم، وقد يرجع ذلك إلى معرفة هذه الفئات كلما امتازت بهذه الأمور بشكل أكبر من غيرها، وذلك تبعا لتزايد العمر مع الحياة المعيشية، وفي ختام هذا البحث تم وضع عدد من التوصيات العامة والخاصة كان من أهمها: الإيمان بالقضاء والقدر للفرد وللمجتمع والالتزام بالدعاء، واتباع طرق الوقاية اللازمة، وزيادة الدعوة الإعلامية، والالتزام بجميع القوانين الصادرة عن أصحاب الاهتمام والقرار في الوزارات مثل وزارتي الصحة والإعلام، وضرورة الالتزام الفردي بالتباعد الاجتماعي وتأجيل المناسبات، والاقتناع بوجود وتأثير هذا المرض من قبل الجميع، خاصة وأن بعض الأفراد حتى الوقت الحاضر غير مقتنعين بذلك، وضرورة التعاون وبأشكال مختلفة بين الجميع.

This research aimed to know and define the necessary strategies for living compatibility in light of the presence of the Corona virus inside the Palestinian society and its relationship to some variables, and this was done through a field study on a sample of government school principals in the Hebron Governorate in southern Palestine during the year 2020 AD, and a community has formed The research was conducted by school principals in the Palestinian society, and the sample consisted of 30 from the category of school principals mentioned in this community. The qualitative and quantitative approach was used together, and the codified interview tools and the questionnaire also appeared, and there were high levels of strategies (compatibility methods) taken by the community The Palestinian people were highly represented, represented by both the preparations taken "by all family members within Palestinian society," changes in the lives of family members of the infected or infected with the Coronavirus, "necessary needs" for the families of those infected with the Coronavirus, and "challenges facing" individuals The families of the person with coronaviruses, and the "sources of support", besides that, there was a statistically significant relationship between all variables of social background and the degree of presence of these necessary strategies as a method It is necessary for compatibility in light of the presence and influence of the modern Coronavirus, and it has been found that most of these methods tend more towards the individual side in preference to the national side within the Palestinian society, perhaps due to the low degree of organic solidarity between individuals and groups of this community, perhaps due to special circumstances With this society, it may be the result of the Israeli occupation policies and double dealing in this society, and it has been shown that females, those with applied specializations, those with an older age, high years of experience, and an increased educational level see the presence of ways to conform more than others, and this may be due to the knowledge of these groups whenever they are distinguished by these Matters are more than others, according to the increasing age with living life, and at the conclusion of this research a number of general and specific recommendations were developed, the most important of which were: belief in the judiciary and destiny for the individual and society and commitment to pray, and follow the necessary methods of prevention, increase media advocacy, and adhere to all laws issued On the interest and decision-makers in ministries such as the Ministries of Health and Information, and the need for individual commitment to social estrangement and postponement of events, and conviction of the existence and impact of this disease By everyone, especially since some individuals to the present time are not convinced of this, and the necessity of cooperation in various forms between all.
