|a إن العصر الحالي يشهد تغيرات وتيارات فكرية المعاصرة حيث برز التوجه نحو الاقتصاد المعرفي كقوى تؤثر على الاقتصاد العالمي، وتحول منظور الاقتصاديات نحو الموارد اللامادية (الموارد المعرفية) مما تزايد الاهتمام بالمعرفة حتى أصبحت مصدرا للثروة، والبقاء، والاستمرارية والتميز للمنظمات في ظل هذه التغيرات، فتعتبر إدارة المعرفة ظاهرة حديثة ومعقدة بدأ الاهتمام بها والسعي لتطويرها في منتصف التسعينات، وذلك أنها ترتبط بالعمليات الداخلية للمنظمة وتساهم في اكتشاف وخلق المعرفة وتوزيعها والاستفادة منها ومن الكم الهائل من البيانات الضخمة التي تكون في المنظمة، وتهدف هذه الورقة إلى مراجعة الأدبيات ذات الصلة بمجال إدارة المعرفة وعلاقتها بالبيانات الضخمة في المنظمات، وتلخيص اتجاهاتها وربطها ببعض وتتبعها زمنيا. وكذلك مراجعة وعرض أهم ما يبرز أهمية المجال ودرجة الاهتمام به ليتحول لمحور لمؤتمرات علمية وورش عمل. وشملت المراجعة استعراض التطور التاريخي لموضوع إدارة المعرفة والبيانات الضخمة معا ومنفردين، والمفاهيم المرتبطة به، كما تم استعراض المؤتمرات والجمعيات العلمية التي تناولت الموضوع، وكذلك الاهتمامات البحثية في الموضوع وكيفية تطورها في الإنتاج الفكري الحديث، وأخيرا استعراض المؤشر الرقمي لتتبع مصطلحات الموضوع في قواعد البيانات المذكورة.
|b The current era is witnessing changes and contemporary intellectual currents, where the orientation towards the knowledge economy has emerged as a force affecting the global economy, and the perspective of economies has shifted towards non-material resources (knowledge resources), which has increased interest in knowledge until it has become a source of wealth, survival, continuity, and distinction for organizations in light of these changes. Knowledge management is a modern and complex phenomenon that began to be paid attention to and strive to develop in the mid-nineties, because it is related to the internal operations of the organization and contributes to the discovery, creation and distribution of knowledge and benefit from it and the huge amount of big data that is in the organization. This paper aims to review the literature related to the field of knowledge management and its relationship to big data in organizations, and to summarize its trends, link them to each other, and track them over time. As well as reviewing and presenting the most important thing that highlights the importance of the field and the degree of interest in it, to turn it into a focus for scientific conferences and workshops. The review included a review of the historical development of the subject of knowledge management and big data together and individually, and the concepts associated with it. Scientific conferences and societies that dealt with the subject were also reviewed, as well as research interests in the subject and how they developed in modern intellectual production, and finally a digital index was reviewed to track subject terms in the databases.
