|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المهارات الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بخفض السلوك العدواني لدى الأطفال من وجهة نظر المعلمات بمحافظة الأحساء، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وقد تم إعداد استبانة لجمع البيانات، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها تم توزيعها إلكترونيا على عينة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة الأحساء والبالغ عددهن (104) معلمة، وكانت نسبة المستر والصالح منها (104) استبانة، وبعد إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية على البيانات أظهرت النتائج أن للمهارات الاجتماعية دور كبير بخفض السلوك العدواني لدى الأطفال من وجهة نظر المعلمات كما جاءت درجة أهمية المهارات الاجتماعية للأطفال من وجهة نظر المعلمات بدرجة كبيرة، خلصت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية متوسطة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الأطفال وخفض السلوك العدواني من وجهة نظر المعلمات تعزى لمتغير التخصص والتدريب وسنوات الخبرة ومن هنا نوصي بضرورة نشر الوعي بين معلمات رياض الأطفال بأهمية التدريب على المهارات الاجتماعية كأحد أساليب التربية والتعليم الفعالة والتي تعمل على خفض السلوك العدواني لدى الأطفال وتحقيق العديد من الأهداف التربوية والتعليمية المرجوة، إجراء المزيد من الدراسات والبحوث التي توضح ارتباط المهارات الاجتماعية والمهارات الأخرى في خفض السلوك العدواني لدى الأطفال.
|b The study aimed to reveal social skills and their relationship to reducing aggressive behavior among children from the point of view of teachers in Al-Ahsa Governorate. In Al-Ahsa Governorate, the number of them is (104) female teachers, and the percentage of good and righteous ones was (104) questionnaires, and after conducting statistical treatments on the data, the results showed that social skills have a significant role in reducing aggressive behavior among children from the teachers’ point of view, and the degree of importance of social skills for children came from the point of view The teachers looked at a large degree, the results concluded that there is a medium statistically significant correlation at the level of significance (0.01) between the social skills of children and the reduction of aggressive behavior from the point of view of the teachers due to the variable of specialization, training and years of experience, and here we recommend the need to spread awareness among kindergarten teachers The importance of training in social skills as one of the effective education methods that work to reduce aggressive behavior in children Achieving many of the desired educational and educational goals, conducting more studies and research that show the relationship of social skills and other skills in reducing aggressive behavior in children.
