المستخلص: اشتمل البحث على مقدمة، وتمهيد وستة مطالب، وخاتمة، متبوعة بالمصادر والمراجع، أما المقدمة فتضمنت بيان مفهوم الحاجات الأساسية أو الأصلية التي لا بد للإنسان منها باختصار، واهتمام الإسلام بتوفيرها، ومدى علاقتها بفريضة الزكاة التي تعتبر الركن الثالث من أركان الإسلام ومبانيه العظام، والإشارة إلى ارتباط الحاجات الأساسية بمقاصد الشريعة، مع بيان مشكلة البحث وتساؤلاته وأهدافه وأهميته ومنهجه، ثم بينت في التمهيد اختلاف مصالح الناس من الضروريات والحاجيات والتحسينيات، ثم أتبعتها بمطالب ستة بينت فيها مفهوم الحاجات الأساسية، وعلاقة الحاجات الأساسية بمفهوم الكفاية المعتبرة في الزكاة، وماهي الحاجات الأساسية لكل فرد بعينه، وما هي الحاجات الأساسية التي يشترك فيها عموم الرعية، وهل للدولة الإسلامية دور في توفير الحاجات الأساسية، وما دور أغنياء المجتمع في توفير الحاجات الأساسية عند الحاجة، وهل لولي الأمر أن يفرض على أغنياء المجتمع تأمين الحاجات الأساسية للفقراء بما فضل من أموالهم، مع بيان من يجب عليه توفير تلك الحاجات الأساسية، وعلى من تقع الأولوية في ذلك، وما المقصود من الحد الأدنى للمعيشة.

The research included an introduction, an introduction, six demands, and a conclusion, followed by sources and references. As for the introduction, it included a brief explanation of the concept of basic or original needs that a person must have And the interest of Islam in providing it, and the extent of its relationship with the obligation of zakat, which is the third pillar of Islam and its great buildings And the reference to the link between the basic needs and the objectives of Sharia, with an explanation of the research problem, its questions, its objectives, its importance and its approach Then, in the introduction, I showed the difference in people's interests, including necessities, needs and improvements, and then followed them with six demands in which I explained the concept of basic needs. And the relationship of basic needs to the concept of sufficient sufficiency in zakat, what are the basic needs of each individual, and what are the basic needs that the whole parish shares in And does the Islamic state have a role in providing basic needs, and what is the role of the wealthy in society in providing basic needs when needed? Can the guardian impose on the wealthy of society to secure the basic needs of the poor with the best of their money, with an indication of who must provide for those basic needs, who is the priority in that, and what is meant by the minimum living. Then I finished the research with the most important findings, recommendations and a list of sources and references, and God is the Grantor of success, and may God bless our Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions, and grant them peace.
