This research study discusses the function of Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube in enhancing English vocabulary for education faculty students in Gasr Ben Gashir. As a result of wide popularity of social media in our daily life, it has become challenging to explore its significance as an instructional instrument. This study examines these platforms utilization as a complement to traditional classroom programs and their contributions in English vocabulary development. Quantitative method is used in collecting the data from students in Faculty of Education in Gasr Ben Gashir. The participants’ insights and experiences were investigated concerning the relationship between social media utilization in vocabulary development. Furthermore, this study shed the light on how exploiting Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube platforms in maximizing and hindering the meaning of English vocabulary in context. The initial results indicate that social media platforms provide the students in faculty of education in Gasr Ben Gashir with paramount benefits in enhancing English vocabulary in an interesting and engaging way. Youtube was the best social account that is used by the students in developing their English vocabulary.
