|a تدور أفكار هذه المقالة العلمية حول الجوانب المتعلقة بالسياسة الرياضية إن من حيث مفهوم الرياضة بصفة عامة أو في علاقة المفاهيم المرتبطة بها بالسياسة الرياضية، حيث تبرز ما يمكن أن تقدمه الرياضة من نتائج في علاقتها بالسياسات العمومية إن باعتبارها حقا أو باعتبارها مسؤولية مشتركة ملقاة على عاتق مجموعة من الفاعلين، من جهة ثانية تقدم هذه المقالة الكيفية التي يتم بها تصميم السياسات الرياضية بالمغرب باعتبارها حقا دستوريا من جهة ومن جهة أخرى تبين أوجه العلاقة بين مفهوم السياسة الرياضية والحكامة.
|b The ideas of this scientific article revolve around aspects related to sports policy, whether in terms of the concept of sports in general or in the relationship of the concepts associated with it to sports policy, as it highlights the results that sports can provide in its relationship with public policies, whether as a right or as a shared responsibility placed on the shoulders of a group. From the actors, on the other side, this article presents how sports policies are designed in Morocco, considering it a constitutional right, on the one side, and on the other side, it shows the aspects of the relationship between the concept of sports policy and governance.
