|a يسلط البحث الضوء على بلدية جباع تلك القرية العاملية التي عرفت التنظيم الإداري والبلدي منذ زمن بعيد ومن الإنجازات المهمة التي حصلت في جباع على صعيد التنظيم المدني، هو استحداث بلدية فيها والتي فاز برئاستها في عهد الرئيس كميل شمعون العام 1952 م الشيخ على مروة، وجرت الانتخابات البلدية في عموم لبنان كما جرت في جباع، وسيتركز البحث هنا على صادرات البلدية ووارداتها، وطريقة صرفها وفي أي مكان تصرف، وما هي الوسائل والأساليب التي استعملت في هذه المصاريف منذ تأسيس البلدية في العام 1920 حتى العصر الحاضر مع التوقف عند المحطات الأساسية في العمل البلدي لجباع.
|b The research sheds light on my municipality of Jbaa, that Jabal Amel village that has known administrative and municipal organization for a long time. One of the important achievements that occurred in Jbaa at the level of civil organization is the creation of a municipality there, whose presidency was won by Sheikh Ali Mroweh during the era of President Camille Chamoun in the year 1952. Municipal elections took place throughout Lebanon, as in Jbaa, and the research here will focus on the municipality’s exports and imports, in what way and in which place they are spent, and what are the means and methods that have been used in these expenses since the founding of the municipality in 1920 until the present era, while stopping at the main stations in Municipal work of Jbaa.
