المستخلص: The Internet, with its capabilities and abilities, attracts children and uses them more than others, It is likely that they will derive beneficial or harmful behaviors from it that will negatively affect them and their society, given that these children access the network away from parental control as a result of their lack of presence and the abundance of their concerns or their ignorance of using the computer and accessing the network, in all cases, the child enters the network and derives deviant behavior from it. Spending 38 hours a week on the internet is addictive. The strangest thing is that children who are exposed to delinquency also go to the internet and sit in front of it for long hours, A change occurred in the culture of these children as a result of the networks invasion of cafes and gathering places for these homeless children. From here, these children may derive some forms of deviance such as addiction, theft and learning of homosexuality through films specially prepared for children that encourage the practice of homosexuality. And it appears to us, for the first time in Egyptian society and all other societies, homeless children who experiment with drugs of various kinds after they were distributing them, and this is due to their influence on the global media and the internet. In addition to the sites that encourage atheism, which appears clearly in adolescence. And all this in the absence of a family.
