المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات الفاعلية الاجتماعية لزوجات الشهداء بمحافظة غزة في ضوء التوجيه التربوي الإسلامي، وبناء تصور مقترح للتغلب على المعوقات التي تحد من الفعالية الاجتماعية لزوجات الشهداء في محافظة غزة. وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، المنهج البنائي. كما استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للتعرف على معوقات الفاعلية الاجتماعية لزوجات الشهداء بمحافظة غزة في ضوء التوجيه التربوي الإسلامي من خلال استبانة، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع زوجات الشهداء بمحافظة غزة البالغ عددهم من (1614) زوجة شهيد، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة من (262) زوجة شهيد بمحافظة غزة للعام (2014) وبنسبة (16%) من المجتمع الأصلي، للتعرف فروق بين متوسطات تقدير أفراد العينة حول أهم معوقات الفاعلية الاجتماعية لزوجات الشهداء بمحافظة غزة في ضوء التوجيه التربوي الإسلامي تبعا لبعض المتغيرات مثل (طبيعة الإقامة، عدد الأبناء) وقد اشتملت الاستبانة على (29) فقرة موزعة على مجالين هما: 1- المجال الأول: المعوقات الذاتية. 2- المجال الثاني: المعوقات الخارجية. كما استعانت الباحثة بعدد من الخبراء في المجال التربوي، من خلال عقد مقابلات متقنة معهم، لإبداء اقتراحاتهم للوصول إلى تصور مقترح للتغلب على معوقات الفاعلية الاجتماعية لزوجات الشهداء بمحافظة غزة في ضوء التوجيه التربوي الإسلامي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1-حصلت المعوقات الخارجية على المرتبة الأولى بوزن نسبي (57.45%) وهي درجة متوسطة. 2- بينما حصلت المعوقات الذاتية على المرتبة الثانية بوزن نسبي (55.00%) وهي درجة متوسطة. 3- وجود فروق في المعقوقات الذاتية تعزى إلى طبيعة الإقامة. 4- عدم وجود فروق في المعوقات الخارجية تعزى إلى عدد الأبناء والمستوى العلمي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة توصي الباحثة بما يلي: 1- ضرورة تبصير أهالي الشهيد بأهمية التعاون والعمل المشترك مع زوجة الشهيد من أجل رعاية أبنائها. 2- توعية زوجات الشهداء بالأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بحقوقهن المالية والاجتماعية.

The study aimed to identify the obstacles of social interactivity of martyrs wives in Gaza through the Islamic educational guidance conceived proposal to overcome the social activity of the wives of martyrs in Gaza. the researcher used the descriptive analytical method to describe the phenomena Which is the subject of the study she used the constructivist approach' and made questionnaire The study community consists of all of martyrs wives in Gaza in the year (2013-2014) Which consisted of (1614) martyrs wives he study contains (262) martyrs wives in Gaza in the year (2014) the questionnaire distributed to the members of the sample By (16%) of the whole community. The researcher made the questionnaire and identified key areas which the questionnaire was about and she drafted the paragraphs Which comes after every area The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and the constructivist method There are statistically significant differences due to the variable nature of the residence in the external impediments to stay with the people in favor of the wife and no statistically significant differences due to the variable number of obstacles Alabinafa self for the benefit of the children 5and older There are statistically significant differences due to the variable nature of the residence in the external impediments to stay with the people in favor of the wife and no statistically significant differences due to the variable number of children with disabilities in the self for the benefit of the children of 5 and above There are statistically significant differences due to the variable level of education in favor of self-constraints of Graduate Studies and external impediments ranked first relative weight (57.45%) followed by the field of self-constraints obtained on the first degree There are statistically significant differences due to the variable level of education in favor of self-constraints of Graduate Studies and external impediments ranked first relative weight (57.45%) followed by the field of self-constraints obtained on the second degree in relative weight (55%) And about the total degree of the questionnaire ranked a relative weight (56.09%) Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommends the following: It is necessary to inform the family of the martyr on the importance of cooperation and joint action with the wife of the martyr for the care of her children Educate the wives of martyrs verdicts legitimacy of their financial and social rights The need to provide adequate financial support to provide separate accommodation for the wife of martyr with her children build a relationship based on mutual trust between community institutions and the martyrs wives.
