تناول البحث بالدراسة خريطة فك الزمام لقرية الناصرية، لرصد حجم التغيرات التي طرأت على اللاند سكيب الزراعي، بعد مضى 72 عاما على رسمها، لاستنتاج العوامل المؤثرة في التغيرات الحديثة، ومن ثم إبراز أهمية تحديث خرائط فك الزمام. أسفرت الدراسة عن أهمية تحديث خرائط فك الزمام، لأهميتها في إجراء دراسات محلية عن استخدام الأرض، ولاتساع مجالات الإفادة منها في تحديد كردون القرى، وفض المنازعات على الملكية والحدود الفاصلة للقطع الزراعية، وتحديد وحماية أملاك الدولة، ورصد التغيرات المستحدثة للقطع الزراعية والكتلة المبنية، ومتابعة وتقييم المشروعات الزراعية والخدمية القائمة، واختيار الموقع المناسب للمقترح منها. ولتعظيم الاستفادة من خرائط فك الزمام الحديثة، اقترحت الدراسة: إدراج عمليات التحديث ضمن مشروع قومي تتضافر فيه جهود الهيئات المعنية بها، مع جهود هيئة المساحة والشهر العقاري، وتفعيل دور أقسام الجغرافيا والمساحة بالجامعات على المستوى الإقليمي بهذا المشروع، والإفادة من المنح الأجنبية في هذا المجال. وضع خطة زمنية لإجراء تصوير جوى لرصد المستجدات العمرانية الريفية الحديثة، وتعميم نظام السجل العيني، وتشجيع الأهالي على تسجيل تعاملاتهم في الأراضي الزراعية، مع رصد تلك المستجدات بصورة دورية. وإعادة النظر في نظام الترقيم الحالي للقطع الزراعية وتطويره باستخدام الحاسب الآلي والبرامج المتخصصة في هذا المجال.
This research studies the zone map of Alnasrya village in order to measure the changes that have occurred on the agricultural landscape after 72 years of its drawing to infer the effective factors on the new changes so that the importance of updating the zone maps maybe pointed out. The study has shown the importance of updating the zone maps and its significance in conducting a local study about land use, determine village boundaries, put an end to disputes over propriety and demarcations of holdings, determine and protect state properties, determine incoming changes in holdings and concrete buildings, follow up and evaluate service and agricultural existing projects and select the appropriate sites for the suggested projects . In magnifying the benefit of these maps, the study suggests including the processes of updating within a national project in which the efforts of the concerned authorities together with the survey authority and the real estate authority are intertwined . This should also be accompanied with activating the roles of the departments of geography and survey at the universities on the provincial level in this project and seeking to benefit from foreign grants in this field. The study also suggests a time plan for aerial photography in order to determine the new rural constructions, generalize in kind register and encourage people to register their dealings in holdings. These changes should be determined periodically. The existing numbering of holdings should also be reconsidered and update it by using computers and specialized programs in this field.
