المستخلص: الإمام أحمد بن زيني دحلان ( رحمه الله) صاحب المؤلفات الغفيرة ومن أشهرها حاشيته التي اشتهرت بحاشية أحمد بن زيني دحلان على زبد العلامة أحمد بن رسلان المخطوط الذي بين أيدينا وهو من أكابر السادة الشافعية في عصره أمتاز ببراعة وقوة الاستدلال وحاشيته هذه ابتعدت عن التعقيدات اللفظية وتناولت المسائل الفقهية في باب الوضوء على المذهب الشافعي فهو موسوعة في الفقه الشافعي بالإضافة إلى ذكر الأدلة من الكتاب والسنة والأجماع والقياس وعالج في حاشيته مختلف المسائل الفقهية ألتي يحتاج إليها الناس ويسأل عنها أهل العلم ويظهر ذلك من خلال أراءه الفقهية وقد ذكرت المنهج الذي سلكته في الدراسة وبينت الدراسات السابقة فيه فقد أوضحت أن حاشية العلامة أحمد بن زيني دحلان هي الوحيدة في العالم الإسلامي وقد تناولتها مع بعض الطلبة بالدراسة والتحقيق والتعليق على كثير من المسائل الفقهية التي وردت في الحاشية فمنهم من درس العقيدة ومنهم درس في أصول فقه باب الطهارة وأكملت بعدهم باب الوضوء إلى قوله ( وبعظها شروط للنية) فبعد رحلة طويلة مع السيد أحمد بن زيني دحلان وحاشيته على زبد العلامة أحمد بن رسلان خرجت بأنه سار في حاشيته على منهج علمي جيد في الاستدلال والاستشهاد فقد ضمن حاشيته تعليقات طريفة وتفسيرات لطيفة وأحاديث شريفة مما زاد حاشيته وضوحا وبيانا وإظهار المكانة العلمية للمؤلف ويعتبر العلامة أحمد بن زيني دحلان من علماء القرن الثالث الهجري وتوفي في مطلع القرن الرابع الهجري وإن المؤلف من علماء الشافعية ومن الملتزمين بالمذهب الشافعي ومدافعا عنه وله مكانة علمية بين أقرانه وله مصنفات كثيرة في شتى أنواع العلوم ومنها حاشيته على زبد العلامة أحمد بن رسلان وإن هذه الحاشية هي موسوعة علميه في الفقه الشافعي ظهرت فيه علمية ألسيد أحمد بن زيني دحلان (رحمه الله) حيث أجاد في عرض المادة وكثرة المنقولات وسرد الأقوال والأدلة ومناقشها.

Imam Ahmed bin Zaini Dahlan (may God have mercy on him) is the author of many works, the most famous of which is his commentary, which is famous for the footnote of Ahmed bin Zaini Dahlan on the foam of the scholar Ahmed bin Raslan, the manuscript that is in our hands. He is one of the greatest Shafi’i masters of his time, distinguished by his ingenuity and strength of reasoning, and this footnote of his avoided verbal complications and dealt with Jurisprudential issues in the chapter on ablution according to the Shafi’i school of thought. It is an encyclopedia of Shafi’i jurisprudence, in addition to mentioning the evidence from the Qur’an, Sunnah, consensus, and analogy. It dealt in its footnote with various jurisprudential issues that people need and people of knowledge ask about. This appears through his jurisprudential opinions. I mentioned the approach that I took in the study and explained it. Previous studies in it have made it clear that the footnote of the scholar Ahmed bin Zaini Dahlan is the only one in the Islamic world, and I discussed it with some students by studying, investigating, and commenting on many of the jurisprudential issues that were mentioned in the footnote. Some of them studied the doctrine, and some of them studied the foundations of jurisprudence in the chapter on purity, and after them I completed the chapter on ablution until His saying (and most of them are conditions for intention). After a long journey with Mr. Ahmed bin Zaini Dahlan and his entourage, based on the knowledge of the scholar Ahmed bin Raslan, it emerged that he and his entourage followed a good scientific method in reasoning and martyrdom. His entourage included funny comments, nice explanations, and honorable hadiths, which increased his entourage’s clarity, clarity, and display of prestige. The scholar Ahmed bin Zaini Dahlan is considered one of the scholars of the third century AH and he died at the beginning of the fourth century AH. The author is a Shafi’i scholar and one of those committed to the Shafi’i school of thought and a defender of it. He has a scholarly standing among his peers and has many works on various types of sciences, including his footnote to the foam of the scholar Ahmed bin Raslan. This footnote is a scientific encyclopedia of Shafi’i jurisprudence, in which the scholarly work of Sayyid Ahmad bin Zaini Dahlan (may God have mercy on him) appeared, as he excelled in presenting the material, abundant quotations, and listing and discussing statements and evidence.
