المستخلص: This research focuses on the impact of legal amendments in the field of foreign investment on economic growth through a case comparison between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Russian Federation, and the reality of constitutional and legal amendments in strengthening the economic policy of countries through a number of policies that include expanding the scope of the rule of law due to its importance in stimulating growth Economic, as the rule of law is clearly a multidimensional concept, encompassing a variety of discrete components from security of persons and property rights, to controls over government And controlling corruption, and thus legal amendments can make a difference in improving the economic performance of countries, through legal reforms aimed at improving the protection of the rights of investors and creditors and then financial development and thus economic growth. So nowadays, it is widely accepted in both academia and law-making that legal amendments aimed at creating market-friendly regulatory environments are essential for economic growth. In fact, some political leaders have set mission objectives to improve their countries' business rankings. For example, Russian President Vladimir explicitly aimed to improve the arrangement of doing business as one of the goals of his administration, as well as King Salman by making the foreign investor an indispensable partner in economic development, in light of achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. Therefore, any possible legal amendments that would make a difference in improving the economic performance of countries, which is called the legacy of law and financial literature, also known as the theory of legal assets. According to this theory, it is countries whose legal systems provide stronger protection of the rights of investors and creditors (usually common law countries) and it is the conclusion of thinkers and politicians that legal reforms aimed at improving protection of the rights of investors and creditors should lead to financial development and thus economic growth.

This paper seeks to apply a set of critical mechanisms to the text "Ya Mozno Erhal" by the Egyptian poet Sami Nasef. By studying the development taking place in it at the level of phrase, architecture, obsession and question. Studying the dominant text aesthetics and reading what the text did not say. It is a characteristic that calls on the recipient to the necessity of re-reading and interpretation in search of the aesthetics, goals and objectives of this text in a manner contrary to the previous deconstruction methods, and this is what we have worked to track and try to interpret.
