|a يهدف البحث إلى معرفة واقع معدلات الفقر وتباينها المكاني في محافظة صلاح الدين ووحداتها الإدارية لعامي (۲۰۱۳، ۲۰۲۲) فضلا عن توزيعها المكاني العددي والنسبي وأعداد الفقراء فيها وفقا لمستوى تأثيرها في مجتمع منطقة الدراسة وتبعا لجملة الأسباب والمتغيرات الديموغرافية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية المؤثرة فيها واتجاهاتها طبقا لزيادة وتنامي حجوم سكانها وصولا لوضع الحلول المناسبة لخفض معدلاتها وإمكانية تحقيق فرص المساهمة والمشاركة لسكانها الفقراء في النشاط البشري والاقتصادي وبما يتناسب والإمكانات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في منطقة الدراسة بخاصة، وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي للمعلومات الجغرافية (السكانية) والبيانات الإحصائية المعتمدة رسميا لدى وزارة التخطيط، الجهاز المركزي للإحصاء ومديرية إحصاء صلاح الدين وذلك لتفسير تباين معدلات الفقر واتجاهاته فيها للمدة المدروسة، إلى جانب اعتماده على عدد من المعادلات الإحصائية في استخراج معدلات الفقر وإعداد الفقراء وتوزيعهم المكاني في المحافظة، هذا وقد استخدم البحث نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) في إنتاج ورسم خرائط منطقة الدراسة. وقد توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها ارتفاع معدلات الفقر في المحافظة لعام (۲۰۲۲) والتي بلغ معدله (۱۸%) من إجمالي معدلات الفقر في العراق البالغة (22.1%) مقارنة بعام (۲۰۱۳) والذي شهد انخفاضا في معدله بلغ بنحو (١٤,٩%) من إجماليها في العراق، فضلا عن تباين معدلاتها في الوحدات الإدارية في منطقة الدراسة حسب أسباب وعوامل انتشارها خلال الفترة المذكورة.
|b The research aims to know the reality of poverty rates and their spatial variation in Salah al-Din Governorate and its administrative units for the years (2013, 2022), as well as their numerical and relative spatial distribution and the numbers of the poor in them according to the level of their impact on the community of the study area and according to the set of causes and demographic, economic and social variables affecting them and their trends according to their increase and growth. The size of its population in order to develop appropriate solutions to reduce its rates and the possibility of achieving opportunities for participation and participation of its poor population in human and economic activity and in proportion to the economic and social potential in the study area in particular. Statistics and Salahuddin Directorate of Statistics in order to explain the variation in poverty rates and its trends in it for the period studied, in addition to its reliance on a number of statistical equations in extracting poverty rates and the number of poor people and their spatial distribution in the governorate. This research used geographical information systems (GIS) in the production and mapping of the study area. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which is the increase in poverty rates in the governorate for the year (2022), which reached an average of (18%) of the total poverty rates in Iraq amounting to (22.1%) compared to the year (2013), which witnessed a decrease in its rate by about (14.9 %). percent of its total in Iraq, as well as the variation in its rates in the administrative units in the study area according to the causes and factors of its spread during the aforementioned period.
