|a تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إلقاء الضوء على واقع البنية التحتية للنقل والاتصال ومدى مساهمته في تحسين مؤشرات التنمية الاقتصادية في دول تكتل الأسيان لا سيما أنها تعتبر من بين أسرع المناطق نموا في العالم. وذلك من خلال الاستعانة بالبيانات الإحصائية الصادرة في التقارير الرسمية للأمانة العامة لرابطة الأسيان وبعض الدارسات السابقة وقد توصلت الدراسة التحليلية إلى تباين الدور الأساسي للبنية التحتية للنقل والاتصال في تحسين جل مؤشرات التنمية الاقتصادية، حيث ساعدت الآليات المنتهجة دول الدراسة في تطوير وتحديث البني التحتي، مما أدى إلى انخفاض تكاليف النقل والتوزيع وتحسين الكفاءة الإنتاجية في القطاعات الاقتصادية بتوفير فرص أكثر لترابط القطاعات وتكاملها، فضلا على تدعيم إمكانات جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي والدفع باستغلال فرص التكامل الضائعة.
|b This research paper aims to shed light on the reality of transport and communication infrastructure and its contribution to improving economic development indicators in the ASEAN countries, especially as they are considered among the fastest growing regions in the world. Through the use of statistical data issued in the official reports of the ASEAN General Secretariat and some previous studies, the analytical study has found a divergence in the basic role of transport and communication infrastructure in improving most economic development indicators, as the mechanisms adopted have helped the study countries in the development and modernization of infrastructure, resulting in lower transportation and distribution costs and improving productive efficiency in economic sectors by providing more opportunities for interconnection and integration of sectors, as well as strengthening the potential to attract foreign investment and push the exploitation of lost integration opportunities.
