|a حاول المشرع الجزائري تهيئة المناخ المناسب للاستثمار فبالإضافة إلى الترسانة القانونية والمؤسساتية كان من الواجب إنشاء قضاء متخصص يكون أكثر عدالة وتماشيا مع خصوصية المنازعات المواكبة للانفتاح نحو الاستثمار الوطني والأجنبي، حيث استحث التنظيم القضائي بموجب القانون العضوي 07-22 محاكم تجارية متخصصة، وكرسها تعديل قانون الإجراءات المدنية والإدارية القانون 13-22.
|b The Algerian legislator tried to create the appropriate climate for investment. In addition to the legal and institutional arsenal, it was necessary to establish a specialized judiciary that would be more fair and in line with the specificity of disputes accompanying the openness towards national and foreign investment. Judicial regulation was encouraged by virtue of Organic Law 07-22 specialized commercial courts, and it was enshrined in the amendment of the Procedure Code. Civil and Administrative Law 22-13.
