Islamic law includes everything that the accountable people need in their living and afterlife lives. - The stability of the provisions of Sharia law with the succession of times and the different conditions of people and societies is evidence of its validity for every time and place. - The basis of the strength and success of the contemporary diligence movement in addressing the nation’s problems and answering humanity’s questions is based on the moderate intentional view. - The benefits and fruits of diligence cannot be achieved except by considering the evidence by extrapolating the legal texts in terms of their validity and significance and applying legal and linguistic theory. - Whoever wants to seek diligence in a ruling must trace the sources of Islamic legislation, by looking in the Qur’an and the Sunnah, both apparent and hidden, through study and research. - It has become clear to us that the diligent ‘mujtahid’ is not a follower of rule, but rather a researcher and an upright person. The ruling is Allah Almighty’s speech related to the actions of those in charge. - The existence of a single narrational piece of evidence does not qualify the diligent ‘mujtahid’ to issue rulings, until he knows its authenticity. - Understanding the evidence also constitutes a basic stage of the stages of legislation, and how many mistakes occur in understanding texts and the jurisprudential differences they generate, and the extremism, exaggeration, or frivolity they generate. |
