المستخلص: بذل الفقيه ابن لب المالكي جهودا جبارة في الاجتهاد المقاصدي، لمعالجة النوازل المالية وإيجاد الحلول لها دون تعصب أو تقليد، ولما كانت دراسة منهج هذا الفقيه في ذلك لا تخلو من أهمية كبيرة في إثراء مجال البحث في الاقتصاد الإسلامي، واقتراح الحلول لمشاكله المعاصرة، عالجت هذا الموضوع المعنون أعلاه، من خلال إبراز أهمية الاجتهاد المقاصدي في النوازل المالية، والكشف عن مدى تحقق صفة الاجتهاد المقاصدي في منهج ابن لب في الفتوى، والقواعد التي اعتمدها في ذلك، ثم دراسة نماذج تطبيقية مختارة من نوازله المالية، مجليا من خلالها أثر اجتهاده المقاصدي في معالجتها وإصابة الحق فيها، مع إيضاح مدى أهمية استثمار ذلك في الاقتصاد المعاصر.

Intentional diligence has great importance in financial calamities, by resorting to its overall requirements, which are considered a comprehensive framework, and the necessity of providing the best solutions to all emerging financial deals and transactions. The research proved that Ibn Lub was a diligent jurist, aiming in his fatwas to achieve the purposes of the Sharia and the interests of humankind, even if the matter required opposing the well-known in the doctrine, so he deserved to be described as an intentional diligent 'mujtahid'. In practicing intentional diligence in new occurring events, Ibn Lub adopted a set of rules, including facilitating and removing hardship, considering interests, and paying attention to necessity and need, while taking into account the outcome and results of the fatwa. The research discussed a group of financial events in which Ibn Lub implemented intentional diligence. Which reveal the extent of his efforts in serving his community and finding legitimate solutions to the financial transactions that occur within it, based on an intentional view and an interest-based view. The research demonstrated the importance of employing the intentional jurisprudence of the jurist Ibn Lub in financial issues in adapting a group of problematic economic transactions in our time. Additionally, providing legal solutions to it by attaching it to the financial fatwas that Ibn Lub built on his intentional jurisprudence, or rooting it based on his intentional vision, such as banking, and the temporal division of cafes, taxis, and credit cards.
