|a مما لاشك فيه أن عمل الطبيب هو عمل إنساني قبل كل شيء، يقوم على الرحمة، والأمانة، وسلامة المقصد، إلا أن هذا الأصل قد يشذ عنه بعض ضعاف النفوس من ذوي القلوب القاسية، والعقول العمياء، الذين يجعلون همهم وغايتهم جمع المال من وراء هذه المهنة، والصدارة في المجتمع، دون مراعاة للواجبات التي يجب عليهم الالتزام بها، لذا فإن من الأهمية بمكان التنبيه دائما وأبدا على الواجبات الأخلاقية التي يجب على الطبيب التحلي بها أثناء تأديته لهذه المهنة الشريفة، وهذا هو ما أردت التنبيه عليه من خلال هذه الورقة التي عنونت لها بـ (المسئولية الأخلاقية للطبيب في الشريعة الإسلامية) قسمت الكلام فيها على مبحثين، الأول: تناولت فيه مفهوم المسئولية الأخلاقية، والأسس التي تقوم عليها، والثاني تناولت فيه الضوابط الأخلاقية لممارسي العمل الطبي، وقد خلصت من ذلك إلى عديد النتائج، من أهمها إنه من واجبات الطبيب الأخلاقية إعطاء المريض حقوقه كاملة غير منقوصة، ومعاملته بالحسنى، والنصح له والصدق في التعامل معه، ومراعاة ظروفه الصحية، والنفسية والمالية، وأن حصوله على مقابل عمله الطبي أمر مشرع شرعا، ولكن يجب أن لا يكون ذلك هو الهدف من ممارسة الطبيب لهذه المهنة، بل هي مهنة إنسانية بالدرجة الأولى، هدفها مساعدة الناس على دفع المرض عنهم بإذن الله تعالى، وأوصت هذه الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بتربية الناشئة منذ الصغر التربية الأخلاقية السليمة وضرورة إدخال مقرر علم الأخلاق الإسلامية، ومقرر أخلاق العمل في مراحل التعليم المختلفة، وضرورة سعي الجهات الطبية إلى وضع مواثيق أخلاقية للعاملين بالقطاع الصحي، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة، والقرارات المناسبة لتفعيل الالتزام بها في مجالات العمل المختلفة.

So it is of great importance to always and never be alert to while the ethical duties that the doctor must adhere to it while performing this honorable profession, and this is what I wanted to alert through this paper that I titled it (The Ethical Responsibility of the Physician in Islamic Low), and I divided the discussion into two sections: the first discussed the concept of moral responsibility and the foundations upon which it is based, and the second section dealt with the ethical controls for those who practice medical work From this , I concluded many conclusions, the most important of which is that it is one of the duties The ethical doctor is to give the patient his full and undiminished rights, to treat him with kindness, to advise him and be honest in dealing with him, and to take into account his health, psychological and financial conditions, and that his obtaining compensation for his medical work is legislated by low, but that should not be the goal of the doctor practicing this profession, rather it is It is primarily a humanitarian profession, the goal of which is to help people prevent illness from them by The God willing. This study recommended the need to pay attention to raising young children from a young age with sound moral education, the need to introduce the Islamic ethics course and the work ethics course in the various stages of education, and the need for medical authorities to strive to establish ethical charters for workers in the health sector, and take the necessary measures and appropriate decisions to activate commitment to them in various areas of work.
