دراسة تأثير الايدلوجيات السياسية لدولتي مصر وقطر علي تأطير أخبار الصراع في شبه جزيرة سيناء باعتبار أن الإرهاب في سيناء بات متشابك ومتصاعد وخاصة في الآونة الأخيرة نظرا لتعدد الأطراف الفاعلة فيه، وقد قامت هذه الدراسة بإخضاع قناتي النيل الإخبارية والجزيرة القطرية للدراسة والتحليل، لما لمصر وقطر من مواقف واضحة اشد الوضوح خلال الحرب الاسرائيلية الاخيرة علي قطاع غزة ٢٠١٤ وكانتا علي طرفي نقيض فكريا وايدلوجيا خلال فترة الحرب فحاولت هذه الدراسة ان تبين تأثير الايدلوجيات السياسية المتباينة للدول علي المضامين ونوعية الأطر الإخبارية المستخدمة في تغطية الصراع في شبه جزيرة سيناء، والي أي مدي يمكن أن تختلف أو تتفق الايدلوجيات السياسية المختلفة للدول في صياغة الاخبار المتعلقة بالصراع محل الدراسة، وماهي معايير صياغة الاخبار بها والاطر الخبرية واسباب الصراع والقوي الفاعلة والمقولات الرئيسية والحلول المقترحة بها لحل الصراع، وذلك في اطار نظرية الأطر الخبرية، وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة علي العينة العمدية، والتي تندرج تحت فئة العينات الغير احتمالية وهى التي تتعمد اختيار مفرداتها ممن تتوافر بهم خصائص معينه تتلاءم مع موضوع الدراسة، حيث تم اختيار النشرات الاخبارية بقناتي قناة النيل للأخبار المصرية ( نشرة الساعة التاسعة مساءا ) وقناة الجزيرة القطرية ( نشرة الساعة الثامنة مساءا) وذلك لإخضاعهما للدراسة والتحليل، وذلك خلال شهر كامل من ١ -٤ - ٢٠١٧ الي ٣٠ - ٤ - ۲۰۱۷ ، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة تحليل (٦٠ ) نشرة إخبارية (۳۰) نشرة لقناة النيل الإخبارية ، بواقع (۲۹) ساعه و (٥٤) ، و (٣٠) نشرة لقناة الجزيرة بواقع (۱۳) ساعه و ( ۲۹) دقايق.
This study aims at studying the influence of the political ideologies of countries on framing the conflict news in the Sinai Peninsula. A comparative study between the two Nile channels for Egyptian news and the Qatari island. This study belongs to the descriptive studies. The study group is based on the Arab satellite news channels. The study was based on the intentional sample. The two news channels were selected for the Egyptian Nile Channel (9 pm) and Al-Jazeera (Qatar Time) The study sample included an analysis of (60) news bulletins (30) for the Nile News Channel, (29) hours, and (29) 54), and (30) a bulletin for Al-Jazeera with (13) hours and (29) minutes. The study was presented through three main axes. The first topic dealt with the theoretical framework of the study. It consisted of the introduction of the study, the theory of the frameworks of the news, the review of the previous studies, the sense of the research problem, its importance, objectives, questions, hypotheses and variables. For the analytical study, while the third axis dealt with the results of the analytical study. The most important results of the research: The existence of a significant impact on the ownership of the channel to frame the news of other countries according to their interests and goals and aspirations, may go to channels to exaggerate some events or reduce their importance in accordance with the direction and policy and nature of the relationship system that works in conjunction with systems List of these States.
