|a تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الانزلاقات الأخلاقية في النتائج التطبيقية للعلم المعاصر، الذي لم يعد مستقلا بمنهجه ومنطقه عن الحياة اليومية والمعيشة للناس، ما أدى إلى انبثاق مشاكل أخلاقية شائكة، استلزم من الفلسفة أن تبادر بدراستها ونقدها، للوقوف على أبرز هذه المعضلات وتحليلها. ومن أبرز التقنيات العلمية، التي تثير مثل هذا النوع من النقاش الأخلاقي تقنية الاستنساخ التكاثري المنبثقة عن تكنولوجيا البيولوجيا الحيوية، لما تسببه من مشاكل متعددة، تجعلنا نعيد التساؤل حول أهمية حرية البحث العلمي وحدوده. وللوقوف على تداعيات هذه المسألة، سنناقش أهم التحديات الأخلاقية التي تؤدي إليها هذه التقنية، وتحليل آثارها السلبية على الإنسان والمجتمع المعاصر. لمعرفة إلى أي مدى تهدد هذه التقنيات، حرية البحث العلمي، وتقف في وجه تطوره، ومن النتائج المنشودة في هذا البحث، توضيح مفهوم الاستنساخ وأنواعه، ومخاطره وفوائده، ومعرفة كيف تؤثر هذه التطورات العلمية وعلى رأسها الاستنساخ على هوية الأفراد وتفردهم، وإلى أي مدى تهدد كرامتهم ومصيرهم؟ وما هي أفضل الطرق للحد من مخاطر هذه التقنيات، لحماية حرية البحث العلمي، وحماية الإنسان وقدسية حياته من جهة أخرى؟ وسيستخدم هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي النقدي.
|b This study aims to shed light on the ethical implications in the practical outcomes of contemporary science, which is no longer isolated from the daily lives and livelihoods of people. This has led to the emergence of complex ethical problems, necessitating philosophy to engage in their study and critique to identify and analyze these dilemmas. One of the prominent scientific techniques that sparks such ethical discussions is reproductive cloning technology stemming from the field of biotechnology. This technology gives rise to multiple issues, prompting a reconsideration of the importance and limits of scientific research freedom. To understand the ramifications of this matter, we will discuss the key ethical challenges arising from this technology and analyze its negative impacts on both contemporary society and individuals. The research aims to assess the extent to which these technologies threaten scientific research freedom and hinder its progress. The desired outcomes of this research include clarifying the concept of cloning and its types, risks, and benefits. It also seeks to understand how these scientific advancements, particularly in cloning, affect the identity and uniqueness of individuals, as well as to what extent they jeopardize their dignity and destiny. Furthermore, the research explores the best approaches to mitigate the risks posed by these technologies to safeguard scientific research freedom and protect human beings and the sanctity of their lives. This research will employ a analytical Critical approach.
