|a البحث الحالي هدف إلى إلقاء الضوء على أثر الخطاب السامي للسلطان قابوس على التنمية في المجتمع العماني، حيث أن تلك الخطب السامية تتضمن الكثير من المعاني الجليلة والقيم النبيلة والرؤى السديدة والتوجيهات الحكيمة للسلطان قابوس القائد المفدى الذي فجر ينابيع الخير لهذا الوطن وتابع مراحل صروح بنائه لبنة لبنة وخطوة خطوة ليصبح اليوم منارة شامخة في كل مجالات التقدم والازدهار الحضاري وبما يخدم المواطن العماني حاضرا ومستقبلا. ولقد اشتمل البحث على بنود عديدة لتحقيق هذا الهدف، هي كالتالي: ۱-تعريف مفهوم الخطاب السامي. ۲- ملامح وخصائص الخطاب السامي للسلطان قابوس بن سعيد. ٣-بعض الأمثلة التي تسلط الضوء على قدرة السلطان قابوس على تكييف أسلوبه ولغته في سياقات مختلفة. ٤-تطور مراحل خطاب السلطان قابوس بن سعيد. 5-أثر الخطاب السامي للسلطان قابوس بن سعيد على التنمية في المجتمع العماني. ولقد تم الإشارة بين جنبات البحث لبعض المقتطفات المضيئة المشرقة من خطب السلطان قابوس، تأكيدا على الأثر الإيجابي لهذه الخطب في تحقيق التنمية في المجتمع العماني.
|b The current research aimed to shed light on the impact of the sublime discourse of Sultan Qaboos on development in Omani society, as those sublime discourses contain many sublime meanings, noble values, sound visions, and wise directives of Sultan Qaboos, the blessed leader who sparked the springs of goodness for this nation and continued the stages of its construction, brick by brick. Step by step, today it becomes a lofty beacon in all areas of progress and cultural prosperity, serving the Omani citizen in the present and in the future. The research included several items to achieve this goal, as follows: 1-Defining the concept of sublime discourse. 2-Features and characteristics of the sublime discourse of Sultan Qaboos bin Said. 3-Some examples that highlight Sultan Qaboos’ ability to adapt his style and language in different contexts. 4-The development of the stages of Sultan Qaboos bin Said’s discourses. 5-The impact of the sublime discourses of Sultan Qaboos bin Said on development in Omani society. Some luminous excerpts from the discourses of Sultan Qaboos have been mentioned in the research, confirming the positive impact of these speeches in achieving development in Omani society.
