|a تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم نشاط المناولة بالمؤسسة الصناعية الوطنية، باعتباره إحدى الاستراتيجيات المستحدثة والمعتمد عليها في ترقية أداء المؤسسات الصناعية المحلية، وتبرز أهمية هذا التقييم من الأهمية التي عني بها نشاط المناولة خلال الأزمة الصحية العالمية (كوفيد 19) كشكل من أشكال التغيير التنظيمي لمواجهة الأزمة، وقد تم إسقاط ذلك تطبيقيا على المجمع الصناعي للنسيج في ولاية تلمسان، حيث شمل التقييم مجالات النشاط ومستوى تطوره. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن اعتماد المناولة في المجمع يشمل عدة مجالات سواء المتعلق بالنشاط الرئيسي للمؤسسة أو بالخدمات الأخرى، كما أن المناولة شهدت تطورا ملحوظا خلال السنة المالية الحالية، والذي بدوره أثر بالإيجاب على ربحية المؤسسة ونتيجتها الصافية بشكل عام.
|b The study aims to evaluate the outsourcing activity of the national industrial institution, as one of the new and reliable strategies in upgrading the performance of local industrial institutions, The importance of this assessment is highlighted by the role of outsourcing during the global health crisis (Covid-19), as it is an organizational change to confront the crisis, and this was projected in practice on the textile industrial complex in Tlemcen, where the evaluation included the areas of activity and its level of development. This study found that the adoption of outsourcing in the complex covers several areas, whether related to the main activity of the institution or other services, and that outsourcing has witnessed a remarkable development during the current fiscal year that positively affected the profitability of the institution and its net product in general.
