|a تعتبر المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة رافدا مهما من روافد التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية على مستوى العالم، إذ تعد تلك المؤسسات المحرك والدافع لعجلة الاقتصاد، ولذا أصبح الاهتمام بها توجها استراتيجيا لدى العديد من الدول، والجزائر كغيرها من الدول أعطت هذا القطاع أهمية كبيرة من خلال عدة إجراءات اتخذتها من أجل تطويره ومن أبرز هذه الإجراءات إنشاء وزارة خاصة بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تسهر على الاهتمام بكل المشاكل التي تواجه المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على المستوى الوطني.
|b Small and medium enterprises are considered as an important tributary of economic and social development in the world, as these institutions are the engine and driver of the economy, and therefore interest in them has become a strategic direction for many countries, and Algeria, like other countries, has given this sector great importance through several Procedures in order to develop it, the most prominent of these procedures is the establishment of a special ministry for small and medium enterprises, which takes care of all the problems facing small and medium enterprises at the national level.
