| 520 | |a يسعى هذا المقال إلى البحث في العلاقات السكانية لإقليم الشمال الغربي التونسي مع بقية المجالات الجغرافية الأخرى سواء كانت وطنية أو خارجية. وتتبع هذه الظاهرة تاريخيا خاصة وأنها شهدت دينامية عبر الزمن إذ تحول هذا الإقليم من مستقطب للمهاجرين من مناطق مختلفة من البلاد التونسية وكذلك من خارجها -في الفترات التي سبقت الاستعمار والى حدود ثلاثينيات القرن العشرين تقريبا إلى -منفر للسكان منذ ذلك التاريخ إلى الآن. كما تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على العوامل الكامنة وراء جذب الشمال الغربي للمهاجرين في مرحلة أولى وهي أسباب طبيعية. أما في مرحلة ثانية فيجدر التوقف عند أسباب تحوله إلى إقليم منفر للسكان وتتمحور هذه الأخيرة أساسا في المنوال التنموي المتبع من قبل الحكومات المتعاقبة. من أجل ذلك فقد اعتمدنا المقاربة المجالية الزمنية، والتاريخية فضلا عن المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. |b This article seeks to search of the population relations of the northwestern Tunisian region with the rest of the other geographical areas, whether national or international. This phenomenon is followed historically, especially as it witnessed a dynamic over time as this region turned from a polarizing of immigrants from different regions of the country as well as from outside it to a repulsive one to the population. This article also attempts to shed light on the factors behind the northwest's attraction of immigrants in a first stage. In a second stage, we will consider the reasons for its transformation into a region that is repulsive to the population. |d Cet article vise à ‘étudier les relations démographiques de la région du nord-ouest tunisien avec des autres régions géographiques, qu'elles soient nationales ou étrangères. Ce phénomène est historiquement traçable, d'autant plus qu'il a connu une dynamique au fil du temps. Cette région est passée d'un pôle d'attraction pour les immigrants des différentes régions du pays tunisien ainsi que de l'extérieur - dans les périodes précédentes le colonialisme et jusqu'aux années trente du XXe siècle environ - à aliéner la population depuis cette date jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Cet article tente également à mettre l’accent sur les facteurs à l'origine de l'attrait du Nord-Ouest pour les immigrants au premier stade, qui sont des causes naturelles. Dans un deuxième temps, il convient de s'attarder sur les raisons de sa transformation en une région aliénante de la population, et cette dernière s'articule principalement autour du processus de développement suivi par les gouvernements successifs. Pour cela, nous avons adopté l'approche spatiale temporelle et historique ainsi que l'approche analytique descriptive. | ||
