المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على دور الحوكمة وأخلاقيات المهنة في المؤسسات الوثائقية، وإيضاح دور مختلف مبادئها من شفافية، مسائلة، مشاركة، عدالة، مساواة وأخلاقيات المهنة في تحسين الصورة الذهنية للمؤسسة. ولتحقيق ذلك طورنا استبانة مكون من محورين عني الأول بالحوكمة في المؤسسات الوثائقية في حين خصصنا الثاني لأخلاقيات المهنة المكتبية، تم توزيع 105 استمارة على موظفي المكتبات الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية في كل من ولاية أدرار وسيدي بلعباس. تمت معالجة البيانات عن طريق برنامج SPSS، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المكتبات الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية تسعي إلى تحقيق النجاعة في الأداء بتطبيق الحوكمة وأخلاقيات المهنة في مجالاتها المختلفة.

This study aims to identify the role of governance and professional ethics in documentary institutions, and to clarify the role of the various principles of governance and ethics of the profession such as transparency, accountability, participation, justice, equality and ethics in improving the mental image of the institution. A questionnaire was distributed to 105 employees at the level of major libraries for public reading, in each of the wilaya of Adrar and the wilaya of Sidi Bel-Abbes which’s data was processed through the SPSS program. The study concluded that the major public reading libraries seek to achieve their goals by applying governance and professional ethics in their various fields.

Cette étude vise à identifier le rôle de la gouvernance et de l'éthique professionnelle dans les institutions documentaires, et à clarifier le rôle de divers principes de gouvernance et d'éthique professionnelle tels que la transparence, la responsabilité,la participation, la justice, l'égalité et l'éthique dans l'amélioration de l'image mentale de l'institution. Un questionnaire a été distribué à 105 employés au niveau des principales bibliothèques ouvertes au public, dans les wilayas d’Adrar et de Sidi-Bel-Abbes. Les résultats de cette dernière ont été traités par l’entremise du programme SPPS. L'étude a conclu que les principales bibliothèques de lecture publique cherchent à atteindre leurs objectifs en appliquant la gouvernance et l'éthique professionnelle dans leurs différents domaines.
