| 520 | |a تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن علاقة النسق القيمي بالمواطنة، لاسيما مع التحولات التي تشهدها الساحة الوطنية والدولية في ظل تزايد التضليل الإعلامي والحروب الذكية الجديدة ضد المجتمعات غير المحصنة، حاولنا الكشف عن دور المواطنة الرقمية في ترسيخ قيم المواطنة في المجتمع الجزائري، وقد تم لهذا الغرض اللجوء إلى المنهج الوصفي والاستعانة بالمنهج التاريخي بالاستفادة من الوثائق والصور مع التطرق إلى الوصف والتحليل الكيفي لسلوكات الأفراد وتفاعلاتهم تجاه القضايا الوطنية ومدى انتمائهم للوطن، وقد استخدم لهذا الغرض تقنية الملاحظة المباشرة وسيميائية الصور التي تم تداولها من طرف وسائل الإعلام الرسمي وغير الرسمي خلال الخمس سنوات الأخيرة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: -ظهور حروب جديدة تسمى بالحروب الإلكترونية أو الحروب الذكية تستهدف هجماتها واعتداءاتها العقول والأفكار وتشكل الإشاعة المغرضة مادتها الخام -غياب المناعة اللازمة وتحييد الحمولة العاطفية والإحساس بالانتماء والولاء للوطن -لم ترق مخرجات الصحافة الإلكترونية بعد، إلى الهدف المنشود. |b The study aims at revealing the relationship of the value system and citizenship, especially with the changes occurring on the national and international scene with media disinformation and electronic attacks against non-immune societies It is based on the descriptive approach and the qualitative analysis of the behaviour of individuals alongside their interactions with the homeland, and for this purpose the technique of direct observation and the images disseminated by the official and informal media during the social and political movement. The study led to several results, the most important of which are: There are new wars called electronic attacks, of which these attacks target values and thoughts, their material is malicious rumours - the absence of the necessary immunity for society and the weakness of feelings of belonging to the fatherland - that the releases of the electronic press were still not up to achieving their objectives. |d L'étude vise à révéler la relation du système de valeurs et de la citoyenneté, en particulier avec les changements survenus sur la scène nationale et internationale avec les désinformations médiatiques et les attaques électroniques contre les sociétés non immunisées. l’étude basée sur l'approche descriptive et l'analyse qualitative. du comportement des individus parallèlement à leurs interactions avec la patrie, et pour cela la technique de l'observation directe et les images diffusées par les médias officiels et informels au cours du mouvement social et politique, l'étude a abouti à plusieurs résultats dont les plus importants sont: - Qu'il existe de nouvelles guerres appelées attaques électroniques, dont ces attaques ciblent les valeurs et les pensés, leur matériel est des rumeurs malveillantes - l'absence de l'immunité nécessaire pour la société et la faiblesse des sentiments d'appartenance à la patrie - que les sorties de la presse électronique n'étaient toujours pas à la hauteur d atteindre leurs objectifs | ||
