|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار وتحليل واقع أداء سوق الأوراق المالية في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1999، 2022)، ومحاولة معرفة مختلف العراقيل التي تواجهها، وإيجاد حلول لها، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على معيارين لقياس أداء السوق (معيار حجم السوق ومعيار سيولة السوق). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن بورصة الجزائر ما زالت بعيدة عن البورصات العالمية، حيث أنها لا تحظى بمؤشر واحد يكون في المستوى المطلوب، وهذا ما يبين عجز السوق المالي الجزائري في جذب المدخرات.
|b This study aims to show and analyze the reality of the performance of the stock market in Algeria during the periods (1999-2022), and try to identify the various obstacles it faces, to achieve this goal, two standards were relied on the measure the market (the trading volume standard and the market liquidity). The study concluded that the Algerian Stock Exchange is still far from the global stock exchange, as it did not have a single indicator that is at the level, and this indicates the inability of Algerian financial market to attract savings.
