|a أهداف البحث: بيان الآيات التي قال عنها ابن العربي بأنها (أم) من أمهات الآيات. وإبراز الآيات التي قال عنها ابن العربي بأنها أصل في مسائل البيوع وأحكام المسح على الخفين والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر ووجوب النفقة للولد على الوالد. وتجلية المواضع التي قال عنها ابن العربي بأنها من قواعد المعاملات والمأمورات والمنهيات. منهج البحث: قام الباحث باستقراء كتاب أحكام القرآن لابن العربي، واستخراج المسائل محور الدراسة، ثم جمع الباحث المسائل وقسم بحثه إلى مقدمة وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث ثم خاتمة وفهارس، مستعينا بالمنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي.
|b Research objectives: Explaining the verses that Ibn al-Arabi said were “the mother” of the most important verses. and Highlighting the verses that Ibn al-Arabi said were the basis for the issues of sales, the rulings on wiping over the socks, enjoining good and forbidding evil, and the obligation of the father to provide for the child. And Clarifying the matters that Ibn al-Arabi said were among the rules of transactions, commands, and prohibitions. Research methodology: The researcher extrapolated Ibn al-Arabi’s book Ahkam al-Qur’an, and extracted the issues that are the focus of the study. Then the researcher collected the issues and divided his research into an introduction and preface, three sections, then a conclusion and indexes, using the inductive and analytical approach.
