المستخلص: يعرض هذا البحث لأسباب تخصيص الحكم النحوي، وذلك من خلال تناول مسائل نحوية تتناول أحكاما خاصة، وأحكاما عامة تفرعت منها تلك الأحكام، والنظر في الدوافع التي أدت إلى ذلك تبعا للقضايا النحوية التي انبثقت منها تلك الأحكام الخاصة، ويهدف البحث إلى معرفة المقصود بكل من الحكم الخاص، والحكم العام، والوصول إلى ما بينهما من فروق، ومناقشة دواعي الحاجة إلى فكرة تخصيص الحكم، وقد اتبعت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذا البحث، ويوصي البحث بالتوسع في دراسة الأحكام النحوية من زوايا مختلفة لم تطرق بالدراسة من قبل، ولا سيما الأحكام الخاصة؛ لما تؤديه من دور مهم في التقعيد النحوي، أما عن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث؛ فهي قيام أدلة النحو بدور بارز في تخصيص الحكم النحوي، كما اتضح أن فكرة الأصل والفرع قد سمحت بتخصيص الحكم. وكذلك قد ساهمت القرائن النحوية في تخصيص الحكم النحوي، وقد ظهر ذلك من خلال إسهام التضام، والرتبة وغيرهما، كما كان لقضية أمن اللبس دور في تخصيص الحكم النحوي، فلا بد من سلامته من الخلل وإبعاده عن اللبس، وهو ما يضمنه تخصيص الحكم.

This research sheds light on the reasons for characterization of judgment in Arabic Grammar, by addressing grammar questions dealing with special judgments, general judgments from which those judgments were subsumed, and examining the motives that led to this according to the grammatical issues from which those special judgment emerged. The research aims to obtain knowledge what is meant by each the special judgment, the general judgment, reaching out to the differences between them, and discussing the reasons for the need for the idea of characterization the judgment, and I have followed the analytical descriptive approach in this research. The research recommends further study of grammatical judgments from various perspectives that have not previously been studied, in particular special judgments; for its important role in grammatical complexity. Top research results were that grammatical evidence played a prominent role in the characterization of grammatical judgment. It also became clear that the idea of origin and branch allowed the characterization of judgement and that grammatical evidence contributed to the characterization of grammatical judgments. Grammatical clues contributed in my research to the characterization of grammatical judgments, which was demonstrated by the contribution of connectivity, rank, etc., as the issue of ambiguity played a role in the characterization of grammatical judgement, and it must be correct from defect and from ambiguity, this is what guarantees the characterization of judgment.
