|a يعد التمويل أهم النشاطات التي تقوم بها المؤسسات المالية المتخصصة وغيرها وقد ارتبط ذلك بالنشاطات الاقتصادية الكبيرة مثل المشاريع التنموية الكبيرة، إلا أن هناك إغفال عن المشروعات المصغرة والتي في العادة تكون ذات أثر كبير على مجريات النشاط الاقتصادي لارتباطها بالأفراد مباشرة، فالمؤسسات المصغرة من بين هذه المشاريع التي تحتاج إلى تمويل على حسب حجمها، وتعد ولاية المسيلة من ولايات الهضاب والتي هي الأخرى استفادة من مشاريع تنموية ومشاريع خاصة بولايات الهضاب والتي كان لها أثرها على حركة التنمية المستدامة بالولاية، من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سوف نحاول إسقاط واقع التمويل البالغ الصغر على المؤسسات المصغرة في ولاية المسيلة من الناحية التمويلية.
|b Financing is the most important activity carried out by specialized financial institutions and others. This has been linked to large economic activities such as large development projects, but there is a neglect of micro projects which usually have a great impact on economic activity because they are directly related to individuals. Which need to be financed according to their size. The state of M’SILA is one of the states of the highlands, which also benefit from development projects and projects in the highlands that have had an impact on the sustainable development movement in the state. Through this paper we will draw dropping the reality of microfinance institutions in the mini-state of gas from the financial point of view.
