في هذه الدراسة التي أتقدم بها إلى مجلة "جامعة خاتم المرسلين" شاكرا القائمين عليها اهتمامهم بقضايا الفكر الإسلامي والإنساني والتي سعدت من خلالها بمعايشة سنة النبي الخاتم؛ بغرض استخراج جانب من (آليات الإعلام النبوي في ضوء السنة النبوية)، فالآليات التي تناولها النبي في إيصال ما جاء به من أخبار واجبة البلاغ إلى الناس، ومن أنباء عاجلة مهمة؛ وذلك بحكم وجوب بلاغ النبي كل ما أوحى الله إليه من وحي مفعم بأنباء هامة، وأخبار عاجلة. وقد عالجت الدراسة في مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة؛ فبينت في المقدمة؛ أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره ومشكلته وأهدافها، والدراسات السابقة، ثم منهج الدراسة، وخطتها. وأما التمهيد فعرفت فيه لمصطلح (آليات الإعلام)، و (السنة النبوية). وفي المبحث الأول بينت - قدر الجهد - لآليات الإعلام النبوي في الإخبار والإنباء عن كونه -صلى الله عليه وسلم - رسولا إلى الناس، من خلال حديثين أولهما: برواية ابن عباس، والثاني برواية أبي هريرة. وفي المبحث الثاني: آليات الإعلام النبوي عن العبادات؛ من صلاة وزكاة وصوم وحج". وأخيرا تناولت في المبحث الثالث آليات بناء الرأي العام، واستطلاع الرأي في ضوء السنة؛ لما لذلك من أهمية يحتاج إليها المهتمون بالمسألة الإعلامية اليوم، ثم انتهت الدراسة بإيراد خاتمة تحتوي على أهم النتائج المستفادة من خلال الدراسة، وأهم التوصيات لمن رأيت مصلحة عاجلة للأمة في توصيته.
In this study that I submit to the magazine of the Khatam al-Mursalin University, I thank those responsible for their interest in issues of Islamic and human thought, which I was happy to experience the Sunnah of The last one of the prophets through it; to extract an aspect of (the mechanisms of prophetic communication in light of the Prophet's Sunnah), the mechanisms that the Prophet dealt with in delivering the news he brought must be delivered to the people, also the important urgent news; This is due to the obligation of the Prophet to convey everything that God revealed to him, full of important information and urgent news. I dealt with the study in an introduction, a preface, three sections, and a conclusion. I explained in the introduction: The importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, its problem, its objectives, previous studies, then the study's methodology and plan. As for the introduction, I defined the terms (information mechanisms) and (the Sunnah of the Prophet). In the first section, I explained - the extent of the effort - the mechanisms of the Prophet's information in informing and announcing that he - God's blessing and peace be upon him - was a messenger to the people, through two hadiths, the first of which It was narrated by Ibn Abbas, and the second was narrated by Abu Hurairah. In the second section: the mechanisms of the Prophet to inform the people about worship; From “Prayer, Zakat, Fasting, and Hajj.” Finally, in the third section, I discussed the mechanisms of building public opinion and the opinion polls in light of the Sunnah. Because of the importance for those interested in the media issues today, the study then ended with a conclusion of the most important results learned through the study, and the most important recommendations for those whom I saw their. recommendation's an urgent interest for the nation.
