|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بولاية المسيلة، وكذا معرفة طبيعة الفروق في مستوى التوافق المهني لديهم تبعا لمتغيري الطور التعليمي والخبرة المهنية، وفي سبيل ذلك اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام مقياس التوافق المهني على عينة قوامها 155 أستاذ تربية بدنية ورياضية من ولاية المسيلة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وبالاعتماد على مجموعة من الوسائل الإحصائية استنادا على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (معامل الارتباط الفاكرونباخ، اختبار ت لعينة واحدة، اختبار ت لعينتين مستقلتين، اختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي)، وتم التوصل في الأخير إلى أن مستوى التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بولاية المسيلة مرتفع، كما أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بولاية المسيلة تعزى لمتغير الطور التعليمي، وأيضا لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بولاية المسيلة تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية.
|b The current study aims to identify the level of occupational adjustment for physical education and sports teachers and the differences in the level of occupational adjustment for physical education and sports teachers attributed to some variables We used the "occupational adjustment" scale to achieve these buts. The study included a sample of 155 physical education and sports teachers from the province of M'sila who were chosen using a simple random sampling method. After the research process and answering of the study questions, the results of the study obtained were as follows : the level of occupational adjustment for Physical Activity and Sports teachers is high, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of occupational adjustment for Physical Activity and Sports teachers attributed to the professional experience variable, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of occupational adjustment for Physical Activity and Sports teachers attributed to the educational stage variable.
