|a تعنى الدراسة بمعرفة دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في رفع الأداء الاقتصادي للشركات، من خلال دراسة عينة من المؤسسات، حيث تركزت مشكلة الدراسة في الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي " ما هو دور تطبيق مبدأ المسؤولية الاجتماعية في رفع الأداء الاقتصادي للشركات لولاية سوق أهراس؟ ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة واختبار فروضها، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات و معالجتها بواسطة برنامج SPSS، وأظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي وجود اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمبدأ المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى العينة المدروسة حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر معنوي لتطبيق مبدأ المسؤولية الاجتماعية في رفع الأداء الاقتصادي للمؤسسات، من خلال المنظومة المتكاملة التي يعتمد عليها في تطبيقها، و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تقديم الدولة امتيازات اقتصادية للتشجيع الأكثر على تطبيق مبدأ المسؤولية الاجتماعية و تذليل الصعوبات التي توجهها أثناء التنفيذ كما أوصت الدراسة على الاهتمام اكبر للتطبيق مبدأ المسؤولية الاجتماعية في مختلف الإدارات سواء قطاع عام أو خاص، والعمل على تغير النظرة المبنية على مقدار التكلفة إلى النظرة المبنية على الفوائد سواء المادية أو المعنوية التي تجنيها المؤسسات من تطبيقه.
|b The study is concerned the knowing the role of social responsibility in raising the economic performance of company, through the study of a sample of companies, where the study problem focused in answering the main question “What is the role of applying the principle of social responsibility in raising the economic performance of companies?”, to achieve the objectives of the study The descriptive analytical approach and the case study approach were used to answer the study's questions and test its hypotheses. The study concluded that there is a significant impact of the application of the principle of social responsibility in raising the economic performance of companies, through the integrated system that relies on its application, it concluded that the state should provide economic privileges to encourage the application of the principle of social responsibility, and to overcome the difficulties that face it during implementation. The study also recommended paying more attention to the application of the principle of social responsibility in various departments, and working on it The view based on the amount of cost changes to the view that is based on the benefits.
