|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان واقع وأهمية التخطيط البيداغوجي للأستاذ وإبراز تأثيراته، وانعكاساته على العملية ( التعليمية / التعلمية ) ومحاورها ( معلم ومتعلم ومادة علمية فبعد طرحنا وحصرنا لمجال وإشكاليات الدراسة، طرحنا فرضيات مناسبة، وقمنا بإسقاطها على دراسة نظرية لأهم محاور ، ومتغيرات البحث ( التخطيط البيداغوجي، الأستاذ العملية التعليمية / التعلمية ) وبالموازاة قمنا بدراسة ميدانية مستخدمين المنهج الوصفي على عينية شملت 27 أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي من ولاية سوق أهراس باستعمال استمارة استبيان مقننه وبعد فرز وتحليل النتائج باستعمال أدوات إحصائية مناسبة، توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج و الاستنتاجات والتي تمثلت في : تبيان الواقع الحقيقي التخطيط البيداغوجي للأستاذ وأهميته ، وانعكاسه الإيجابي على نجاح أهداف العملية التربوية ، ومخرجات هذه العملية، (التعليمية / التعلمية)، وقمنا بحصر أهم العراقيل التي تعيق الأساتذة في التخطيط البيداغوجي الجيد لمختلف الأنشطة البدنية والرياضية بما يتناسب مع المنهاج التربوية الرسمية وبينا أهمية مشاركة الأستاذ خاصة في جانب التحضير والتخطيط البيداغوجي للأستاذ وضرورة التقييم والمراقبة المستمرة من طرف المسئولين على العملية التربوية.
|b This study aims to demonstrate the reality and importance of pedagogical planning for the teacher, and its implications for the educational / learning process and its axes After we proposed and limited the scope and problems of the study, we put forth appropriate hypotheses, and we projected them on a theoretical study of the most important axes and research variables, and in parallel we studied A field using the descriptive method in a sample that included (27) PES s professors in secondary education, using a standardized questionnaire form, and after sorting and analyzing the results using appropriate statistical tools, we came to a set of results and conclusions, which were represented in: Clarifying the role and the great importance of pedagogical planning and its positive reflection On the educational, and we have enumerated the most important obstacles that hinder teachers in good pedagogical planning for various PES, in line with the official educational curriculum, and we showed the importance and necessity of the process of continuous evaluation and monitoring by officials on the educational process, especially in the aspect of preparation and educational planning for the professor.
