المستخلص: يركز البحث على جانب مهم من جوانب عناية السنة النبوية بالضعفاء، ويبرز العناية باليتامى، ويوضح أهمية رعايتهم وكفالتهم، ومكانة من يكفلهم في الدنيا والآخرة، من خلال الجوائز التي رصدتها السنة لكافل اليتيم، مثل: مرافقة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في الجنة، وحصوله على ثواب المجاهدين، وخلو قلبه من القسوة، وكون بيته أفضل البيوت وأحسنها، وكذا يبين البحث الملامح الإنسانية في العناية باليتيم من خلال جوانب عدة، مثل: الجانب الاجتماعي، والتي تتمثل في: توفير المسكن، والمطعم، والملبس، ثم يعرج إلى ملامح العناية بالجانب الاقتصادي من خلال: المحافظة على ماله، والتصدق عليه، ورد ميراثه إليه، واستثمار أمواله، وكذا يدلف البحث إلى بيان ملامح العناية بالجانب التربوي والنفسي لليتيم مثل: العطف عليه، والرحمة به، وعدم قهره، والعناية بتربيته وتعليمه، وكانت أبرز النتائج: أن نظرة الإسلام إلى معاملة اليتيم نظرة معتدلة، تمتاز باللين فيما يحتاج إلى لين، وبالشدة فيما يتطلب ذلك، وأن اليتامى عاشوا في كنف مجتمع مسلم قام على رعايتهم دون شعور بنقص أو نسيان، وكانت أبرز التوصيات: إنشاء هيئة متخصصة لرعاية الأيتام، وتأهليهم للتكيف مع الواقع الجديد، أنشاء تطبيقات على شبكة الإنترنت يمكن من خلالها تواصل اليتامى، تكريم الأسر التي ترعى اليتامى.

The research focuses on an important aspect of Islamic law's care for orphans, and explains the importance of caring for the orphan and sponsoring him, and shows the most important position of the orphan's sponsor in this world and the hereafter, by explaining the awards that the Prophetic Sunnah monitored for the sponsor of the orphan, such as: accompanying the Prophet PBUH in Heaven, and obtaining the reward of the Mujahideen And that his heart is free from cruelty, and his home becomes the best and most beautiful of homes, and the research also shows the features of humanity in caring for the orphan through several aspects, one of the highlights of caring for the social aspect of orphans through the Prophetic Sunnah, which is represented in: providing housing, food, clothing, good education, and marriage Orphans, then the research turns to the features of caring for the economic aspect of orphans through: preserving his money until he reaches maturity, giving charity to him, returning his inheritance to him after puberty and adulthood, investing his money, and paying zakat on his money, as well as referring to the features of caring for the educational and psychological aspect of orphans through the Prophetic Sunnah It is: to be kind to him, have mercy on him, do not oppress him, and take care of his upbringing and education. Among the most prominent results: that Islam's view of the treatment of orphans is moderate, characterized by softness in what needs to be lenient, and harsh in what it requires, that orphans and widows lived under the protection and care of the Muslim community without a feeling of lack or forgetfulness. The most prominent recommendations: the establishment of a specialized body or centers to care for orphans, and qualify them to adapt to the new reality. These centers have websites and applications through which orphans can communicate, or communicate with them, and make an annual award in the name of (the ideal family) in the field of volunteering, in which they are honored Families who take care of orphans.
