|a تعد قضية المرأة المنخرطة بالجمعيات من القضايا الراهنة المرتبطة بتطور المجتمع المغربي وبتاريخه الذي حضرت فيه بقوة منذ نشأة الحركة النسائية في الثلاثينات من القرن العشرين لإحداث تحولات في أدوارها الجمعوية من وضعية التابع المستهلك إلى المشارك في تدبير الشأن المحلي، وتمكينها من صنع القرار ومشاركتها في عمليات التنمية. وإن ما أنتجته في مشاركتها الجمعوية يعد من الحجج التي تبرز مكانتها في الحقل الجمعوي في ظل التحولات الاجتماعية التي طبعت حياتها للدفاع عن حقوقها وتنقلها من تقديم خدمات خيرية مجانية إلى مشاركتها في إنجاز مشاريع تنموية، بما يحقق التوازن في حياتها الاجتماعية، وهدم النظرة الدونية بعدم قدرتها على العطاء. لهذا ستحاول هذه الورقة الوقوف على مدى انعكاس التحولات الاجتماعية على أداء المرأة المنخرطة في الجمعيات النسائية بالمغرب. ونتيجة لذلك توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الفاعلة الجمعوية في حاجة إلى مواكبة التحولات الاجتماعية للمساهمة في تغيير منظومة العمل الجمعوي من خلال أدائها الفعلي وفق أسس ديمقراطية توحد الخطاب الجمعوي وتفعل الدور التنموي لجمعيات المجتمع المدني، والانتقال من الدور الرعائي الإحساني إلى دور منتج وفاعل في التنمية وفي التغيير الاجتماعي.
|b The issue of women is associated with associations from related current issues evolving Moroccan society, and its history in which i attended strongly since the emergence of the women's movement in the thirties of the twentieth century to bring about transformations in its collective roles from the position of the consumer subordinate to the participant in managing local affairs, enabling them to make decisions and participating in development processes. What she produced in her associative participation is one of the arguments that high light her position in the associative field in light of the social transformations that have marked her life to defend her rights and move her from providing free charitable services to her participation in completion of projects development, what achieve balance in her life social, and the demolition of the inferiority of its inability to give. Therefore, this study will attempt to determine the extent to which social transformations affect the performance of women involved in women's associations in Morocco. As a result, the study concluded that Women need to keep pace with social transformations to contribute to changing the collective work system through their actual performance According to democratic foundations that unify the collective discourse and activate the developmental role of civil society associations, and the transition from the charitable care role to a productive and active role in development and social change.
