|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف وتحليل تآزر كل من التمويل الجماعي والعملات الافتراضية كبدائل تمويل للشركات الناشئة بدلا عن الآليات التقليدية، ومن خلالها تبيان أثر حملات منصات التمويل الجماعي وثورة تقنية البلوكتشن على العمل التجاري للشركات الناشئة بالتركيز على عروض العملات الأولية (ICOs) وعروض التبادل الأولية (IEOs)، وكذا عروض رمز الأمان (STOs)، كعملات مشفرة، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى إثارة الاعتبارات القانونية والتنظيمية لدمج هذين الآليتين من التمويل، وقد أستخدم في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لتقديم الشروحات حول إشكالية هذا النموذج البديل للتمويل ومدى تلائمه مع خصائص الشركة الناشئة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التمويل الجماعي والتمويل باستخدام العملات المشفرة يمثلان اتجاهين واعدين في تمويل الشركات الناشئة اذا تم تخطي العقبات القانونية والتنظيمية.
|b This study aims to explore and analyze the synergies between crowd funding and virtual currencies as alternative funding methods for startups, replacing traditional mechanisms. Additionally, it seeks to elucidate the impact of crowd funding platform campaigns and the block chain technology revolution on the business operations of startups, with a particular focus on Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), Initial Exchange Offerings (IEOs), and Security Token Offerings (STOs) as cryptographic currencies. Furthermore, the study aims to address the legal and regulatory considerations involved in integrating these two financing approaches. The research adopts a descriptive methodology to provide explanations regarding the challenges of this alternative financing model and its alignment with the characteristics of startups. The findings suggest that both crowd funding and funding with crypto currencies represent promising and prospective trends in financing startups, contingent upon overcoming legal and regulatory obstacles.
