|a تهدف الدراسة إلى تركيز البحث القانوني وتوجيهه نحو دور حوكمة الشركات في تعزيز كفاءة بورصة الجزائر للقيم المنقولة باعتبارها آلية تنظيمية قانونية تحوي مجموعة من المبادئ ذات الضرورة الحتمية للتطبيق، من شأنها العمل في مصلحة مختلف الأطراف داخل دائرة الاقتصاد وخارجه؛ وتتجلى أهمية حوكمة الشركات لإضفاء فعالية سوق الأوراق المالية أو تكثيفها إن وجدت، في الحفاظ على شفافية المعلومات المحاسبية الواردة في بورصة القيم المنقولة، مما يمكن المستثمرين من تقييم أداء الشركات المدرجة فيها، وبالتالي وصولهم إلى الأسعار الحقيقية لأسهمها المقيدة في جدول تسعيرة البورصة، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى زيادة حجم التعاملات في السوق المالية ومن ثمة تحسين كفاءتها، وعليه تؤدي وظيفتها الأساسية المتمثلة في تمويل الاقتصاد الوطني في ظروف حسنة ومتزنة.
|b The study aims to focus legal research and direct it towards the role of corporate governance in enhancing the efficiency of the Algerian Stock Exchange as a legal regulatory mechanism that contains a set of principles that are imperative for application that works in the interest of various parties inside the economy, The importance of corporate governance to add to the effectiveness of the stock market or to intensify it, if any, is manifested in maintaining the transparency of the accounting information contained in the Stock Exchange, which enables investors to evaluate the performance of the companies listed in it and thus reach the real prices of its shares listed in the stock exchange's pricing table, which leads to an increase in the volume of transactions in the financial market and thus improve its efficiency and thus perform its basic function of financing the national economy in good and balanced conditions.
