|a تهدف الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطبيق الذكاء الاستراتيجي بمؤسستين عموميتين ذات طابع اقتصادي هما المؤسسة الوطنية للهندسة المدنية والبناء والمؤسسة الوطنية للدهن، وتحديد أثره في إدارة الأزمات بها، وعليه تم اختيار أزمة كوفيد 19 كمثال على ذلك، وقد تم قياس خمسة أبعاد للذكاء الاستراتيجي هي: الرؤية المستقبلية، الاستشراف، تفكير النظم، الشراكة والدافعية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثان بتصميم استبانة شملت 37 فقرة، تم تطويرها لقياس المتغيرات قيد الدراسة، وأيضا لجمع المعلومات الأولية عن عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من 23 فردا من موظفي المستويات العليا بالمؤسسة، وقد تم جمع وتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستعمال الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss. ومن خلال النتائج توصلنا إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة معنوية لأبعاد الذكاء الاستراتيجي في إدارة المخاطر على مستوى المؤسسات محل الدراسة.
|b This study aims at setting a suggested perception to the application of strategic intelligence in the National Company for Civil Engineering and Construction and the National Company for Dyes that are two public economic companies. Moreover, we shall determine the effect of this application on the management of crises. Thus, we took the crisis of Covid-19 as an example. In addition, we measured five dimensions of the strategic intelligence that are the future vision, the outlook, the systems thinking, the partnership, and the motivation. To achieve the study objectives, the authors designed a questionnaire of 37 items to measure the study variables and collect the primary data about the study sample that includes 23 high employees in the companies. Data were collected and analyzed, and the hypotheses were tested using SPSS. Findings show that there is a statistically significant effect for the dimensions of the strategic intelligence on the management of crises in the study companies.
