|b The didactics of languages and cultures aims at the qualitative improvement of the teaching of foreign languages, especially French as a foreign language and seeks to develop intercultural competence in learners. This study aims to show that the use of song as a pedagogical medium in the French as a foreign language class can change the images and the representations that the learners in the fourth year of middle school have of the other, and develop in them a spirit of openness and tolerance. This is clarified through the learner’s production of a song that reflected their feelings of acceptance of the other and their attitudes towards cultural difference.
|d La didactique des langues- cultures vise l’amélioration qualitative de l’enseignement des langues étrangères notamment le FLE et cherche à installer chez les apprenants une compétence interculturelle. Cette étude vise à montrer que l’utilisation de la chanson comme support pédagogique en classe de FLE permet de changer les images et les représentations que se font les apprenants de la 4ème année moyenne vis-à-vis de l’Autre, et à développer chez eux un esprit d’ouverture et de tolérance. Cela se clarifie à travers la production des apprenants d’une chanson qui refléterait leurs sentiments d’acceptation de l’Autre et leurs attitudes envers la différence culturelle.
