|a هناك حاجة ماسة لمعرفة الضوابط القانونية التي يلزم أن يتبعها المعالج بالطب البديل في مزاولة مهنته، وذلك لان التقدم الذي وصلت اليه البشرية اليوم وكثرة الوسائل المستخدمة في التشخيص والعلاج والوقاية، الامر الذي قد يعرض الانسان للخطر فالكيان الجسدي له حرمته فلا يجوز المساس به فكان لا بد من وضع الضوابط القانونية، لممارسة الاعمال التي تمس سلامة الجسم ولكي يعد عمل المعالج مشروعاً ينبغي الالتزام بها ومراعاتها عند مباشرة عمله، فلو انتفت احد هذه الضوابط أصبحت المعالجة بالطب البديل غير مشروعة، ووفقاً للقواعد العامة فان الاعمال الطبية يجب على من يمارسها الحصول على الترخيص القانوني ورضا المريض بالعمل العلاجي إضافة الى تبصيره ولكون المعالجة بالطب البديل هي احد الاعمال التي تمس جسم الانسان لذا فيجب على من يمارسها التقيد بهذه الضوابط.

The patient does therapeutic work in addition to his insight, and because alternative medicine treatment is one of the actions that affect the human body, so those who practice it must adhere to these controls.
