The administrations charged with protecting the environment have broad authorities in the field of environmental control, the most important of which is issuing administrative decisions to protect it , which gives the administrative judiciary authorities to monitor the extent of its arbitrariness in issuing these decisions, and their conformity with legal texts related to environmental security, the most important of which is the power to cancel and balance the benefits and harms. And the authority to direct orders to the administration and the judiciary to impose a threatening fine, and this is to ensure its legitimacy and effectiveness in protecting the environment. |
