| 520 | |b In this intervention, I managed to tackle the principle of Integration in the International Criminal Court. In the beginning, I reviewed its concept by clarifying its definitions at the level of the International Criminal Court, and explaining its linguistic meaning in addition to its alleged justifications. Then I dealt with the study of the legal basis for this principle and its different forms, in other words; its types. After that, I focused on the legal issues for the existence of the jurisdiction of the court, by clarifying the conditions for addressing this principle and how to exercise complementary jurisdiction. Finally, I ended up with a number of results and evaluations regarding the application of this principle. | ||
