|b Childhood in the Islamic perception is an essential key to achieving any desired social reform. Rather, it can be said that the key to rebuilding the entire Islamic civilization lies in rebuilding childhood on the Islamic educational curriculum, because all reform projects aim to build a good, positive, effective human being, and rationalizing childhood is the basic building block for building this desired human personality. In this context, the research deals with the consideration of issues related to Islam’s vision of childhood, and its report on the child’s place in life as representing the future. It also refers to the legal and legislative systems enacted by Islam to ensure that the child meets his needs in various stages of life until he becomes a good person with strong personality and faith., able to carry the trust for which man was created, with a comparison between the Islamic system and other man-made human rights systems, highlighting the differentiation aspects that characterize the divine Islamic system, with a critique of the foundations on which the children’s rights report was based in the charters and man-made laws. The research divided the rights of the child into two categories of rights: The rights of the building, the rights of meaning (moral), and the avoidance of the expression of the material in contrast to the moral; So that the concept of materialism is not confused here with the concept derived from popular materialist philosophies. The total number of basic rights is 18, and secondary rights are divided into them. The research, in the context of presenting rights, was concerned with critiquing the existing applications, revealing flaws and shortcomings in them, and emphasizing a set of conditions, controls and guarantees that should be observed to protect and decide these rights, and facilitate their applications in the field of parental education supported by institutions concerned with the child industry. Then the research followed that with an initial draft of a proposed charter for the rights of the child in Islam; From an independent Islamic perspective and resistance to cultural Westernization. On the other hand- especially after the boom that occurred in the field of artificial intelligence- the impact of technology (and what was termed the technical revolution) on various aspects of life and segments of human society is growing in the contemporary context, in a way that made some researchers consider that the machine has become an integral part of the human being.
|b This technical crawl, although it has its advantages and advantages, but it seems that the children segment is the segment that receives the greatest share and the greatest part of its negative effects; By virtue of being the most naive, vacant, and attached to dazzling tools, and the weakest aware of the dangers of the machine at the same time! The second section of the research is devoted to addressing this issue- extremely important- and its repercussions on the child and the family in our Arab and Islamic world, and the legal/educational prohibitions that surround it, and the possible ways to rationalize technical use in a way that preserves childhood innocence, and the family has its guidance and integrity on the path. And it ended looking at directives that would- in my opinion- help the family in our Arab/Islamic environment to confront these accelerating challenges that require the uprising of all concerned in order to achieve an appropriate response that rises to the level of the challenge if we appreciate the risks facing our nation. The research in the third section also added a look at pioneering valuable experiences in the development of Islamic childhood in creative ways, and a search for ways to benefit from them in rationalizing the experience of adult Islamic parenthood, which we seek to develop in a way that improves the level of the Islamic childhood industry, which we expect to witness its desired fruits in bringing the nation out of its slumber. civilized. The research concluded that the Prophet's biography is the main source of inspiration; As it represented the activating environment for the human rights values established by the Holy Qur’an, and they were explained and embodied by the Holy Prophet in the most perfect and best way.
