|a يعرف العالم منذ زمن بعيد وإلى يومنا حروبا ونزاعات مسلحة دولية وغير دولية تميزت باستعمال أسلحة مختلفة ومتنوعة فتكت بكل ما تجد أمامها من نسل وزرع، كما كان ضحيتها المشاركين غفي النزاع المسلح وغيرهم من فئات مدنية. وقد جاء القانون الدولي الإنساني من خلال مختلف اتفاقياته لوضع حد من النزاعات المسلحة أو على الأقل فرض حماية لمختلف الفئات، خاصة لفئتي النساء والأطفال باعتبارهما الفئتين الأكثر ضعفا والأكثر تأثرا بنتائج الحروب والنزاعات المسلحة. ويهدف البحث للتطرق لبعض نصوص اتفاقيات جنيف الأربع لسنة 1949 والبروتوكولين الإضافيين لسنة 1977 التي حاولت حماية النساء والأطفال.
|b The world has known for a long time, and to this day, wars and armed conflicts, international and non-international, that were characterized by the use of different and varied weapons, which destroyed all the offspring and crops in front of them, as were the participants in the armed conflict and other civilian groups. International humanitarian law came through its various agreements to put an end to armed conflicts or at least impose protection for various groups, especially for women and children, as they are the most vulnerable and most affected by the results of wars and armed conflicts. The research aims to address some of the provisions of the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and the two Additional Protocols of 1977 that attempted to protect women and children.
