المستخلص: انتشرت في زماننا هذا تيارات متشددة تنتسب للإسلام وتدعو إلى أفكار متشددة بعيدة عن الإسلام وسماحته وتقبله واحتوائه للمخالفين مما يساهم في نشر الكراهية بين البشر ويؤجج الصراع والصدام فيما بينهم ويسهم في عزل المسلم عن محيطه ومجتمعه وعالمه الذي يعيش فيه والمشكلة الكبرى هنا أن هذه التيارات تحاول إلصاق هذا الفكر المتشدد بالإسلام نفسه وهو منه بريء وقد يكون عمل هذه التيارات المتشددة صادرا عن قصد حينا وعن غير قصد أحيانا أخرى، ولعل من أهم الأفكار التي انتشرت في زماننا هذا وتسهم في إشاعة هذه الصورة المغلوطة عن الإسلام ما يسمونه عقيدة الولاء والبراء. محاولة إبراز بعض المسائل المنتشر عند السلفية الوهابية على أنها من الدين، وبيان صحة هذا الادعاء من عدمه. وقد عرضت في هذا البحث بيان مفهوم الولاء والبراء في اللغة وفي الاصطلاح مع بيان المعنى الذي ذهب إليه هؤلاء المتشددون مع عرض أدلتهم التي استدلوا بها على ضرورة مجانبة غير المسلمين ومعاداتهم معاداة شاملة لأنهم كفروا بالله ورسوله ولا فرق عندهم بين من يعادينا ومن يسالمنا أو يعيش بيننا من غير المسلمين ثم نقوم بالرد على هذه الأدلة مع توضيح خطأ هذا الفهم المعوج لنصوص الدين ثم نقف وقفة نقدية نبين فيها موقفنا من هذا الفهم لنبين وجه الإسلام السمح في التعامل مع الآخرين الذين لا يناصبوننا العداء مستدلين بنصوص القرآن والسنة وتاريخ المسلمين، وزيلت البحث بقائمة المراجع والمصادر وخاتمة: فيها أهم ما توصل إليه هذا البحث من نتائج، وبعض المقترحات، وأهم المصادر والمراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات. المنهج: اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج التكاملي (الاستقرائي-التحليلي -النقدي-المقارن). النتائج: لا يوجد عقيدة تسمى عقيدة الولاء والبراء على الفهم الذي قال به هؤلاء المتشددون وأن هذه العقيدة بدعة ابتدعت بعد القرون الفاضلة، الإسلام لا يجبر أحدا على الدخول فيه ويكفل لكل إنسان اختيار العقيدة التي يرتضيها دون تضييق عليه أو استحقاق عقوبة دنيوية على هذا الاختيار. يوصي البحث بالاهتمام بالأبحاث العقدية ومحاولة عرضها بما يتناسب بالعصر الحالي لمحاولة تقريب المفاهيم العقدية للعصر الذي نعيشه، ويوصي بالدفاع عن الإسلام ضد هجمات المعتدين في كل المجالات الشرعية.

Spread in our time extremist currents affiliated with Islam and call for extremist ideas far from Islam and tolerance and acceptance and containment of violators, which contributes to the spread of hatred among human beings and fuels conflict and clash among them and contributes to isolating the Muslim from his surroundings and his society and the world in which he lives and the big problem here that these currents are trying to attach this extremist thought to Islam itself and it is innocent of it and may be the work of these extremist currents issued intentionally sometimes and unintentionally at other times, and perhaps from The most important ideas that have spread in our time and contribute to spreading this false image of Islam are what they call the doctrine of loyalty and disavowal. Trying to highlight some of the issues prevalent in Wahhabi Salafism as being of religion, and to clarify the validity of this claim or not. Has been presented in this research statement of the concept of loyalty and innocence in the language and in the terminology with a statement of the meaning that went to these extremists with the presentation of their evidence that they inferred on the need to avoid non-Muslims and hostile to them comprehensively because they disbelieved in God and His Messenger and they have no difference between those who are hostile to us and those who ask us or live among us from non-Muslims and then we respond to this evidence with clarification of the error of this crooked understanding of the texts of religion and then stand critical where we show our position on This understanding to show the face of Islam tolerant in dealing with others who do not erect hostility inferred by the texts of the Qur'an, Sunnah and the history of Muslims, and removed the research with the imams of references and sources and conclusion: the most important findings of this research of the results, some proposals, the most important sources and references, and the index of topics. Methodology: In this research, the integrative approach was followed (inductive- analytical- critical- comparator). Results: There is no doctrine called the doctrine of loyalty and innocence according to the understanding that these extremists said and that this doctrine is a heresy invented after the virtuous centuries, Islam does not force anyone to enter into it and guarantees every person to choose the faith that he pleases without restricting him or deserving a worldly punishment for this choice. The research recommends paying attention to doctrinal research and trying to present it in proportion to the current era to try to approximate the doctrinal concepts of the era in which we live, and recommends defending Islam against the attacks of aggressors in all legal fields.
