520 |a المقدمة: أجمعت الأمة على صحة ما في صحيح البخاري وتلقته بالقبول إلا أن الحافظ الذهبي رد حديث الولي "من عادى لي وليا" بناء على ضعف أحد رواته وتفرده وتشيعه وهو خالد بن مخلد القطواني وعلل أخرى في الحديث، فقمت بالدفاع عن ذلك مستعينا بالله تعالى وجامعا لمتابعات الحديث وشواهده ومستشهدا بكلام الحافظ ابن حجر في الدفاع عن الحديث مع ما فتح الله به على من بيان منهج الإمام البخاري في إيراده لأحاديث من تكلم فيهم وزوال جميع العلل التي ضعف الحافظ الذهبي الحديث بها. الهدف: جاءت هذه الدراسة لتلقي الضوء على العلل التي ضعف الذهبي بها الحديث مع بيان الرد على هذه العلل موضحا أن القول مع صاحب الصحيح في حديث الولي. وقد تكون البحث من مقدمة، وثلاثة فصول. الفصل الأول: ترجمة موجزة للحافظ الذهبي ولكتابه ميزان الاعتدال الذي ضعف فيه حديث الولاية، والفصل الثاني: تخريج حديث الولاية ودراسة إسناده ومتابعاته شواهده والحكم عليه، والفصل الثالث: العلل التي ضعف الذهبي الحديث بها والجواب عنها، وخاتمة وفهرس لأهم المصادر والمراجع. المنهج: اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي. النتائج: صحة الحديث وأن القول مع الإمام البخاري وأن خالد بن مخلد القطواني لم يرو عنه البخاري إلا في حديثه عن سليمان بن بلال فهو يوثق فيه دون غيره مما يفهم منه أن البخاري استعمل التعديل المقيد في رواة الصحيح، ومن ثم فلا يصلح الاحتجاج برواة الصحيح خارج الصحيح إلا بعد معرفة منهج البخاري في إيراده لأحاديث الرواة الذين تكلم فيهم، وأن البخاري يترخص في أحاديث الرقاق ما لا يترخص في أحاديث العقائد والأحكام، فقد أخرج حديث الولي في كتاب الرقاق ولم يخرجه في كتاب التوحيد رغم إثبات بعض صفات الذات الإلهية فيه. التوصيات: العناية بالأحاديث التي انتقدت على الصحيحين ودراستها حديثا الصحيحين أو أحدهما كان لها حامل لإيرادها والاحتجاج بها عند الشيخين، حديثا دراسة مستفيضة حتى يطمئن الباحثين إلى أن الأحاديث المنتقدة على وهذا الحامل لا نعرفه إلا بعد الدراسة المستفيضة لكل حديث على حدة.  |b Introduction: The nation unanimously agreed on the validity of what is in Sahih al-Bukhari and received it with acceptance, but the golden Hafiz responded to the hadith of the guardian "from ordinary to me and Leah" based on the weakness of one of his narrators and his uniqueness and Shiism, which is Khalid bin Mukhled al-Qatwani and other ills in the hadith, so I defended it with the help of God Almighty and a collector of follow-ups of the hadith and its evidence and citing the words of Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar in defending the hadith with what God opened by Ali from the statement of the approach of Imam Al-Bukhari in his reference to the hadiths of those who spoke to them And the disappearance of all the ills that the modern golden hafiz weakened. Objective: This study came to shed light on the ills that weakened the golden hadith with a statement of response to these ills, explaining that the saying with the correct owner in the hadith of the guardian. The research may consist of an introduction, and three chapters. Chapter One: A brief translation of Al-Hafiz Al-Dhahabi and his book The Balance of Moderation, in which the hadith of the state was weakened, and the second chapter: The graduation of the hadith of the state and the study of its isnaad and follow-ups, its evidence and judgment, and the third chapter: The ills that Al-Dhahabi weakened talking about and answering them, and a conclusion and an index of the most important sources and references Methodology: In this research, I followed the analytical method. Results: The authenticity of the hadith and that the statement with Imam al-Bukhari and that Khalid bin Mukhlad al- Qatwani was not narrated by al-Bukhari except in his hadith about Suleiman bin Bilal, he trusts him without others, which is understood from him that al-Bukhari used the restricted amendment in the narrators of the Sahih, and therefore it is not valid to protest with the narrators of the Sahih outside the Sahih only after knowing the approach of Bukhari in his reference to the hadiths of the narrators in whom he spoke, and that Bukhari licenses in the hadiths of Ruqaq what is not licensed in the hadiths of beliefs and rulings, it has He took out the hadith of the guardian in the Book of Ruqaq and did not bring it out in the Book of Tawheed, despite the proof of some of the attributes of the divine self in it. Recommendations: Taking care of the hadiths that were criticized on the two Sahihs and studying them recently thoroughly so that researchers can be assured that the hadiths criticized on the two Sahihs or one of them had a holder to be mentioned and invoked by the two sheikhs, and this holder we do not know until after extensive study of each hadith separately.
