المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على الموقف الصحيح للتعامل مع دلالة ظاهر اللفظ القرآني، فمعظم آيات القرآن الكريم بينة واضحة، تحمل على معانيها الظاهرة التي تتبادر إلى الأفهام، دون المعاني الباطنة الغامضة التي يدعيها البعض من غير دليل. إلا أن ألفاظ القرآن الكريم لا يمكن أن تفسر بمعزل عن اللغة التي نزل بها القرآن، أو بمعزل عن الآيات القرآنية الأخرى التي قد تبين المجمل، أو تقيد المطلق، أو تخصص العام، أو بمعزل عن القرائن والأحوال التي أحاطت بنزول الآيات، كما أنه لا بد من الرجوع إلى السنة النبوية الشريفة فيما فسره النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم -لأصحابه الكرام مما أشكل عليهم فهمه من بعض الآيات. الأمر الذي قد يؤدي -أحيانا- إلى العدول عن ظاهر المعنى الذي يتبادر إلى بعض الأذهان، وهذا العدول لا يصح إلا إذا تعذر حمل اللفظ على ظاهره، واستحال المعنى بناء عليه، ووجد الدليل المانع من إرادة المعنى الأصلي، مع عدم مخالفة هذا الدليل لنص من نصوص الكتاب أو السنة النبوية، ومع احتمال اللفظ في اللغة للمعنى الذي صرف إليه، وإلا فيبقى اللفظ على ظاهره، ولا يعدل عنه إلى غيره، ولا ينبغي- أبدا- أن يفسر كلام الله- تعالى- بناء على معان باطنة لا دلالة على صحتها. كما أن العدول عن الظاهر لا يعني بالضرورة ترك هذا الظاهر مطلقا، بل قد يستعمل اللفظ فيه بشكل أبلغ وأوسع. وإذا دار الأمر بين المفسرين عند تفسيرهم لآية من كتاب الله-تعالى-بين الحمل على دلالة الظاهر، وبين العدول عنها؛ فالأولى ترجيح القول الذي يحمل المعنى على ظاهره؛ لأن هذا هو الأصل، والعدول عن الظاهر خلاف الأصل، ولا يعدل عن الأصل إلا بدليل. منهج البحث: اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهجين: التحليلي والاستنباطي. خطة البحث: اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يكون مكونا من مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: يتضمن بيان المراد بدلالة ظاهر اللفظ، المبحث الثاني: يتضمن شروط صحة العدول عن دلالة الظاهر، وصوره. المبحث الثالث: يتضمن موقف المفسرين من الأخذ بدلالة الظاهر. وخاتمة: فيها أهم ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج وتوصيات، وفهارس تتضمن أهم المصادر والمراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات. أهم التوصيات: عمل دراسات مقارنة بين أقوال المفسرين المتعلقة بالحمل على الظاهر، أو العدول عنه، والاستفادة من هذه الدراسات في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية من خلال تفسير آيات الأحكام، كما أوصي الباحثين بتسليط الضوء على الدور الذي قام به المفسرون -رحمهم الله -في الدفاع عن كتاب الله تعالى، وحفظه من تفسير آياته بمعان لا دلالة على صحتها.

The research aims to shed light on the correct attitude of how to deal with the meaning that is understood on the first impression of the Qur’anic expression. Most of the verses of the Holy Qur'an have very clear and expressive meanings. Interpreted on their apparent meanings that come to the understandings, without the mysterious inner meanings claimed by some without any proof. However, the words of the Holy Qur'an cannot be interpreted in isolation from the language in which the Qur'an was revealed, or in isolation from other Qur'anic verses that may show the totality, or restrict the absolute, or the specialization of the general meaning, or in isolation from the evidence and conditions surrounding the revelation of the verses, and it is necessary to refer to the Sunnah of the Prophet in what the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) interpreted to his honorable companions, which made them understand it from some verses. Which may lead-sometimes - to the reversal of the literal meaning that come to some minds, This reversal is not valid unless it is not possible to carry the word on its face, and the meaning is impossible based on it, and there is evidence preventing the will of the original meaning, with this evidence not violating a text of the Qur'an or the Sunnah of the Prophet, and with the possibility of pronunciation in the language of the meaning that was disbursed to him, otherwise the word remains on its face, and it is not modified to others, and the words of God-Almighty-should never be interpreted based on inner meanings that do not indicate their validity. Reversing the apparent does not necessarily mean leaving this literal meaning at all, but the term may be used more eloquent and wider. If the matter revolves between the commentators, when they interpret a verse from the Book of Allah, may He be exalted, between carrying on the indication of the apparent and reversing it, the first is to give preference to the statement that carries the meaning on its face, because this is the original, and the reversal of the apparent is different from the original, and the original is not modified except by evidence. Research Methodology: In this research, I followed the method (analytical-deductive). Research plan: The nature of the research required that it be composed of an introduction, and three sections: The first topic: includes a statement of what is meant by the meaning of the apparent word, the second topic: includes the conditions for the validity of the reversal of the significance of the apparent, and its images. The third topic: includes the position of the interpreters of the introduction of the apparent significance. And conclusion: the most important findings of the research of the results and recommendations, and indexes: include the most important sources and references, and the index of topics. The most important recommendations: Conducting comparative studies between the sayings of the commentators related to pregnancy on the surface, or reversing it, and benefiting from these studies in deriving legal rulings through the interpretation of the verses of the rulings, and I also recommend researchers to highlight the role played by the commentators-may God have mercy on them-in defending the Book of God-Almighty-and keeping it from interpreting its verses with meanings that do not indicate their validity.
