المستخلص: The research aims to identify the effect of mental toughness training on each of the following: 1- Determinants of mental toughness for judo juniors (under research). 2- Determinants of stress coping skills for judo juniors (under research). 3- The level of performance of some throwing skills for judo juniors (under research). The researcher used the experimental method in a one-group design with two measurements, “pre- and post-test”, in order to suit the nature of the research. The research population included the junior judo stage at the Obour Youth Center in Qalyubia Governorate, and their number was (30) juniors, and the basic research sample was (20) juniors. A number of (10) young people were used as an exploratory sample, in order to calculate the scientific coefficients for the tests used in the research, Table (1, 2, 3, 4) and Figure (1, 2, 3, 4) show the description of the research sample, and the researcher concluded the following: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the means of the pre- and post-measurements of the experimental group in the determinants of the mathematical mental toughness questionnaire in favor of the post- measurement. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the pre- and post-measurements of the experimental group in the determinants of the stress coping skills list in favor of the post-measurement.
