المستخلص: اهتمت جميع الحضارات بتزيين مساكنها وفقاً لحضارتها ووفقاً لعوامل اقتصادية أو دينية أو صناعية وتعتبر الزخرفة في الفن الإسلامي مظهرا للإبداع والخيال فقد اتبع الفنان المسلم خطوات متطورة في تأليف الزخارف. ولا شك أن التصميم الجيد أساس لكل عمل فني مهما احتوى هذا العمل على المهارة الأدائية والتي لا نبعث الرضا التام إلا باللمسات الجمالية والأداء الوظيفي المتكامل فعملية التصميم تعتمد على قدرة المصمم على الابتكار واستغلال ثقافته ومهارته في خلق عمل متكامل محقق للهدف.

Introducing the importance of furnishing and beautifying the family's home with the idea of inspiration from the Islamic plant decoration to solve the problem of distribution of furniture within the excess spaces in the house. 2. Introducing the idea of inspiration from Islamic plant decoration to designer furniture. 3. Highlight the importance of the shape of the Islamic plant decoration and use it in the design of furniture to fill the excess spaces with a dwelling. research results: 1. The possibility of beautifying and furnishing the family dwelling by the Islamic plant decoration. 2. Furnishing a dwelling with easy and advanced furniture and inspired by the idea of Islamic plant decoration to solve the problem of excess spaces in the family and non-use. 3. Solve the problem of excess spaces in the family housing by designed furniture.
